چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیر معضلات فقهی و حقوقی ناباروری بر روابط زوجین شهر اصفهان انجام شد. روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف مقاله، کاربردی، و شیوة جمع‌آوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعة آماری شامل تمامی نابارورانی است که به مراکز درمان ناباروری واقع در شهر اصفهان مراجعه‌کرده بودند و با نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای، 201 نفر برای نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل دو پرسش‌نامه، یکی محقق‌ساخته و دیگری پرسش‌نامة استاندارد سازگاری زناشویی اسپانیر (1976) صورت گرفت. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده ازطریق آزمون t تک‌نمونهای و رگرسیون چندگانه با نرم‌افزار کمی SPSS25 تحلیل شد. یافتههای بخش کمی نشان می‌دهد که خشونت با میانگین 16/4 بیشترین و طلاق با میانگین 69/3 کمترین چالش میان زوجین ناباور است. چالش‌های حقوقی، تأثیر منفی بر روابط زوجین دارد؛ ولی چالش‌های فقهی تأثیر معناداری بر روابط زوجین ندارد؛ بنابراین نمی‌توان گفت با افزایش یا کاهش چالش‌های فقهی روابط زوجین تحت‌تأثیر قرار می‌گیرد.
The Impact of Jurisprudential and Legal Challenges of Infertility on Couples' Relationships in Isfahan
English Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of jurisprudential and legal challenges of infertility on couples' relationships in Isfahan city. According to the objective, the research style was applied and practical and the method of collecting data was descriptive and correlation type. The statistical population includes all the infertile people who were referred to the infertility treatment centers located in Isfahan city, and 201 people were selected as a sample by cluster sampling. The data collection tool included two questionnaires, one was made by the researcher and the other was the standard questionnaire on the marital compatibility of Spanier (1976). The collected data were analyzed through one-sample t-test and multiple regression with SPSS25 quantitative software. The findings of the quantitative section show that violence with an average of 4.16 is the highest and divorce with an average of 3.69 is the most minor challenge among Infertile couples. Legal challenges have a negative effect on couples' relationships, But jurisprudential challenges do not have significantly affect on couples' relationships; Therefore, it cannot be said that couples' relationships are affected by the increase or decrease of jurisprudential challenges.
