چکیده فارسی: تبدیل آموزش سنتی به آموزش آنلاین، چالشها و فرصتهای جدیدی را در سطح اجتماعی و فناوری به ارمغان آورده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل چالشها و فرصتهای آموزش مجازی در دورۀ همه‌گیری کرونا، با بررسی تجارب والدین است. روش این پژوهش کیفی است و با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام گرفته است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شده و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است. جامعه موردنظر والدینی بودند که دست‌کم یک فرزند شرکت‌کننده در آموزش مجازی از اسفند سال 1398 به بعد داشتند. روش نمونه‌گیری، رویکرد هدفمند ملاکی و شامل 24 نفر از والدین بود. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از الگوی کلایزی استفاده شد. کدگذاری این پژوهش در سه مرحله توصیفی، تفسیری و تبیینی انجام یافت. یافته‌ها شامل دو کد اصلی یا تبیینی "آسیبها و تهدیدها با پنج کد تفسیری" و "پیامدها و فرصتها با سه کد تفسیری" هستند که از کدهای توصیفی به دست آمده بودند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مجازی چالشها و فرصتهایی جدید را در سطح اجتماعی و فناوری ایجاد کرده است و با توجه به نقش مشارکتی و قابل توجه والدین، می‌تواند به توانمندسازی مسئولان و تصمیم‌گیرندگان برای ایجاد راه‌حلهای مناسب، در حل موانعی که والدین و دانش‌آموزان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد، کمک کند.
Evaluating the Experiences of Students' Parents in Virtual Education during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Challenges and Opportunities
English Abstract: Traditional education transformation into virtual education has brought new challenges and opportunities at the social and technological levels. This study sought to analyze the challenges and opportunities of virtual education during the COVID-19 pandemic by examining the parents' experiences. The method of this research was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Semi-structured interviews were utilized to gather data and continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. The target population included parents with at least one child participating in virtual education from March 2020 onwards. The sampling method was targeted approach and included 24 parents. Colaizzi’s method of data analysis was used and the data were coded in three stages: descriptive, interpretive and explanatory. Findings included two main or explanatory codes of “Damages and Threats with five interpretive codes” and “Consequences and Opportunities with three interpretive codes” derived from descriptive codes. The results showed that virtual education has created new challenges and opportunities at the social and technological levels and due to parents' prominent roles, it can help empower officials and decision makers to find appropriate solutions for obstacles parents and students encounter.
