چکیده فارسی: هدف : پژوهش حاضر بررسی ملاک‌های توافق و سازگاری زوجین هر دو شاغل پیرامون مسائل اقتصادی و نقش آن بر ابعاد مختلف روابط زناشویی است.
روش: این مطالعه کیفی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش 12 زوج شاغل، با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ملاکی و مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته تا رسیدن به اشباع ادامه یافت. داده های این پژوهش با ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شده است. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش روش اشتراوس و کوربین استفاده ‌شده است.
یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها شامل 2 کد انتخابی(ملاک‌های توافق مالی زوجین موفق و نقش توافق مالی بر ابعاد مختلف روابط زناشویی)، 10 کد محوری(اعتماد متقابل به یکدیگر، مدیریت یکی از زوجین بر امور مالی، برقراری تعاملات سازنده قبل و بعد از ازدواج، برقراری تعادل میان درآمد و هزینه‌ها، عدالت زناشویی، حفظ حریم های خصوصی و اقتصادی در ارتباط با اطرافیان، ایجاد سازگاری زناشویی، بهبود رضایت زناشویی، بهبود کیفیت روابط زناشویی و برقراری تعاملات مفید و پایدار) و 28 کد باز بود.
نتبجه گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بینشی از ملاک‌های توافق و سازش همسران در روابط را ارائه می‌کند و اهمیت نقش‌های بر عهده گرفته شده در حوزه‌های مختلف مدیریت مالی را نشان می‌دهد.

Financial agreement criteria for both working couples and its role on marital relations

English Abstract: Aim: This study investigates the criteria of agreement and compatibility of working couples in relation to economic issues and their role in different dimensions of marital relations. Method: this was a qualitative study. The participants of the study were 12 working couples who were interviewed using the purposive sampling and semi-structured in-depth interview method until saturation was reached. The data of this study was collected using semi-structured interview. Strauss & Corbin's method was used to analyze the data. Findings: Data analysis included 2 optional codes (criteria for financial arrangements of successful couples and the role of financial arrangements in various aspects of marital relationships), 10 core codes (mutual trust in each other, management of financial affairs by one of the spouses, building constructive interactions before and after marriage, balancing income and expenses, marital equality, maintaining privacy and economic privacy in the context of creating marital compatibility, improving marital satisfaction, improving the quality of marital relationships, and building useful and stable interactions), and 28 open codes Was. Conclusion: The results obtained give an insight into the criteria of agreement and compromise of spouses in relationships and show the importance of the roles assumed in different areas of financial management. .
