چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعۀ نقش فضیلت‌های زناشویی در پیش‌بینی شادکامی و رضایت زناشویی زنان و مردان متأهل شهر تهران انجام شد. برای گردآوری و تحلیل اطلاعات از راهبرد پژوهش توصیفی و همبستگی استفاده شد. به این منظور تعداد 154 زن و 144 مرد متأهل از مناطق جنوب، شمال، مرکز، شرق و غرب شهر تهران به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس برای شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و مقیاس محقق‌ساخته فضیلت‌های زناشویی، فرم کوتاه مقیاس شادکامی و مقیاس سنجش از رابطه هندریک را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها با روش همبستگی و رگرسیون گام‌به گام مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین همه خرده‌فضیلت‌های زناشویی با شادکامی و رضایت از رابطه در زنان و مردان متأهل همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که دو فضیلت انصاف و صداقت بیش‌ترین سهم را در پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی و دو فضیلت صداقت و قدردانی و حق‌شناسی بیش‌ترین سهم را در پیش‌بینی شادکامی در زنان و مردان متأهل دارد. برخورداری از صفات شخصیتی مثبت و کسب فضیلت‌های اخلاقی پیش‌بین مهمی برای رضایت و شادکامی زوجین محسوب می‌شود.
The role of marital virtue components in predicting happiness and marital satisfaction of married men and women in Tehran City
English Abstract: The current research was administrated with the aim of investigating the role of marital virtues to predict happiness and marital satisfaction of married men and women in Tehran. Descriptive and correlational research strategy is used to collect and analyze data. So, 154 married women and 144 married men were selected through convenient sampling from south, north, center, east, and west of Tehran City. The participants completed the researcher-made marital virtues scale, the short form of happiness scale, and the Hendrik relation assessment scale. Data were analyzed using correlation and stepwise regression test. The results showed significant correlation between all marital sub-virtues with happiness and marital satisfaction in married women and men. Also, the results showed two sub-virtues including fairness and honesty have the greatest contribution in predicting marital satisfaction and honesty and appreciation have the important role in prediction of happiness in married women and men. Having positive personality traits and cultivating moral virtues is important predictor of marital satisfaction and happiness in couples.
