چکیده فارسی: امروزه بیشتر جرائم در همه جای دنیا متعلق به مردان است و زنان جرایم کم‌تری مرتکب می‌شوند؛ حتی نوع جرائمی که زنان و مردان مرتکب می‌شوند نیز با هم متفاوت است. ورود زنان به جامعه، نه تنها موجب مشکلات بیشتر برای زنان شده، بلکه در برخی مواقع با مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی آن‌ها را به سمت ارتکاب جرم سوق داده است. هدف پژوهش کیّفی حاضر، مطالعۀ دلایلی است که زنان محله حکمت‌آباد کرمانشاه را به سوی روسپی‌گری هدایت می‌کند. نمونۀ آماری، زنان روسپی اعم از کولی و در مواردی غیر کولی بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در مواردی، با روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبۀ عمیق، گروه متمرکز و روش‌هایی مانند؛ مطالعۀ اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی جمع‌آوری شدند. مطالعۀ مذکور نشان داد چهار عامل فقر اقتصادی خانواده، اجبار از جانب همسر برای تأمین مواد مخدر، جنبۀ تفریحی به خاطر قمار، کسب درآمد بیشتر و در نظر گرفتن آن به عنوان یک شغل همانند شغل‌های دیگر دلایل روسپی‌گری هستند. با در نظر گرفتن نتیجۀ مطالعه به نظر می‌رسد این پدیده از فقر فرهنگی بیشتر از فقر اقتصادی متأثر باشد.

Women's Prostitution: Case Study of Gypsy Women in Hekmatabad district of Kermanshah

English Abstract: All over the world it’s mostly men who commit crimes and women commit less crimes and the types of crimes of men and women commit are also different. Entering society, Not only has caused more problems for women but at the same times has led them to commit crimes because of social and economic problems. The purpose of this qualitative research Study is to find out what leads women in Hekmatabad of Kermanshah province to prostitution.  The statistical sample were gypsy and non-gypsy prostitutes selected through purposeful and snowball sampling methods. Data Were collected Through in-depth interview, Focused group and methods like library and internet documents. The study showed that four factors are causes of prostitution: 1. Household Economic Poverty 2. Coercion by husband for the supply of drugs 3. Recreational aspects for gambling 4. Earning more money 5. considering it as a job like other jobs. Considering the results of the study prostitution seems to be affected by phenomenon of cultural poverty more than economic poverty.
