چکیده فارسی: هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تقسیم کار در خانواده بود. چارچوب نظری مقالة حاضر با استفاده از نظریة سرمایة‌اجتماعی تدوین شد. جامعة آماری 400 نفر از زنان متأهل شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهر مشهد بودند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش پیمایش و تکنیک پرسشنامه استفاده شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با شیوة نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای مرحله‌ای به‌دست آمده است، نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب، متغیرهای ساخت قدرت، تعداد فرزندان، درآمد پاسخگو و سرمایة اجتماعی به طور کلی 5/21%تقسیم کار خانگی را تبیین می‌کنند.

A Study on Factors Affecting Division of Labor in Family (Case Study of Married Female Working for Ministry of Education in Mashhad)

English Abstract: Present article attempts to study factors affecting division of labor in family. Theoretical framework of this article is based on social capital theory. This article has studied a sample of 400 married women who are education ministry personnel in Mashad city. The research method was survey and data was gathered by questionnaire .Multistage cluster sampling was also used to gather needed information. Results show that the variables of power structure, number of children, responsive income and social capital, determine 21.5 of the household work division pattern.
