چکیده فارسی: هدف تحقیق حاضر، چگونگی آموزش تحمل و احترام به افکار دیگران و اخلاق و ادب در محیط مدارس برای دانش آموزان ابتدایی استان اردبیل بود. ازلحاظ مبنای داده‌ها، دارای طرح تحقیق آمیخته است که با استفاده از مدل آمیخته و طرح اکتشافی انجام شد. برای نیل به این هدف از مطالعه موردی استفاده شد که در ابتدا داده‌های کیفی‌ و سپس بر اساس یافته‌های آن، داده‌های کمی نیز گردآوری و تحلیل شدند. در مرحله بعد بر مبنای یافته‌های حاصل از مرحله پژوهش کیفی، پرسشنامه تهیه شد که آلفای کرونباخ آن 90/0 به دست آمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق معلمان دوره ابتدایی اردبیل در سال 1397-1398 بود؛ که در بخش کیفی و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 13 نفر از معلمان نمونه تا رسیدن به اشباع تحت مصاحبه قرار گرفتند و از بین جامعه 253 نفری تعداد 114 نفر در مرحله کمی به‌صورت روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند‌. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک تحلیل موضوعی (تم) استفاده شد و روایی یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌های بازبینی توسط اعضا، بررسی همکار، مشارکتی بودن پژوهش تضمین گردید. همچنین به‌منظور سنجش پایایی کدگذاری‌های انجام‌شده، از روش‌های پایایی باز آزمون و توافق درون موضوعی استفاده شد. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌های کمّی از مدل معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که معلمان به عوامل آموزش فلسفه برای کودکان، برگزاری کارگاه‌های فرهنگی برای والدین، تولید محتوای اخلاقی، آموزش درک تنوع فرهنگی، بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانش آموزان

How to Train Tolerance and Respect for others' Thoughts and Ethics and Literacy in the School's Environment Case Study: Ardabil's Elementary Students

English Abstract: The purpose of the present study was to study the tolerance and respect for the thoughts of others and ethics and literacy in the school environment for the elementary students of the city of Ardabil. In terms of data base, it has a mixed research design, which was done using a mixed model and exploration design. To achieve this goal, a case study was used which first quantitative data were collected and then quantitative data were collected and analyzed based on its findings. In the next stage, based on the findings of the qualitative research, a questionnaire was prepared, which was Cronbach's alpha of 0.90. The statistical population of the study was Ardebil elementary school teachers during 2018-2019 academic years who were interviewed in the qualitative section through purposeful sampling of 13 teachers up to saturation. From a population of 253, 114 were selected through simple random sampling. In the qualitative section and using a targeted sampling, 13 sample teachers were interviewed. Of the 253 community members, 114 individuals were selected in a quantitative phase by simple random sampling. To analyze the data, the thematic analysis (theme) technique was used and the validity of the research findings was guaranteed using the methods reviewed by the members, peer review, participatory research.
