چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ترکیب کمی نتایج پژوهش‌های انجام شده در حوزه رابطه بین رهبری تحولی مدرسه و رفتار شهروند سازمانی معلمان در ایران انجام گرفت. از روش فرا تحلیل برای انجام پژوهش و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار CMA نسخه 2، استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، پایان‌نامه‌های مقطع کارشناسی ارشد و مقطع دکترا که در دانشگاه‌های دولتی انجام شده‌اند و همچنین، مقالات چاپ شده در مجلات علمی پژوهشی داخل کشور بود. بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج مطالعات، اندازه اثرهای 5 پایان‌نامه کارشناسی ارشد و 3 مقاله علمی پژوهشی با استفاده از مدل تصادفی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج فراتحلیل نشان داد، اندازه اثر ترکیبی پژوهش‌های مورد بررسی 44/0 محاسبه گردید. مقدار اندازه اثر ترکیبی پژوهش‌ها بر اساس شاخص کوهن متوسط محاسبه شد. شواهد این فراتحلیل در ارتباط با مبانی نظری و تجربی پژوهش‌های گذشته نشانگر رابطه بین رهبری تحولی مدرسه و رفتار شهروند سازمانی معلمان بود. لذا با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت برای رسیدن به اهداف آموزشی در مدرسه و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان توجه به سبک رهبری مدیران ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Meta-analysis of the Relationship Between School Transformational Leadership and Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behavior

English Abstract: This study aimed to combine the quantitative results of preceding studies have been done on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior school teachers in Iran. The meta-analysis is to conduct research and data analysis software for CMA Version 2, was used. The study population, a master's degree and PhD theses have been conducted in public universities as well as articles published in scientific journals. Studies based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, the effect sizes of 5 and 3 master's thesis research paper was analyzed using a random model. Results showed that the meta-analysis, researchers examined the combined effect size was calculated 0/44. The combining effect size based on Cohen's d an average was calculated. This meta-theoretical foundations and empirical evidence in relation to previous research shows the relationship between transformational leadership and teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The results show that to achieve the objectives of school education and student achievement considering leadership style is very important.
