چکیده فارسی: هر نوع نظام تربیتی که با انسان رابطه دارد، نیازمند نوعی نظریۀ تربیتی است و بدون آن، تعلیم و تربیت بی‌پایه و اساس خواهد بود. پدیدارشناسی به‌عنوان یک دیدگاه فلسفی که در قرن بیستم ظهور کرده است، به جهان و انسان به شیوه‌ای متفاوت نگاه می‌کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی جایگاه و کاربرد پدیدارشناسی در تعلیم و تربیت و برنامه درسی است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیلی- اسنادی و باهدف تبیین و روشنگری مفاهیم و ایده های کاربردی آن در حوزۀ برنامه درسی صورت گرفته است. از مهمترین نقاط قوت پدیدار شناسی این است که به استقبال تغییر ، کثرت و نواندیشی در همه ابعاد برنامه درسی می رود و در خصوص هرگونه استانداردسازی روش‌های تعلیم و تربیت در حیطه های مختلف برنامه درسی شامل اهداف ، شرایط و محتوا ها، روشهای آموزشی و ارزشیابی هشدار جدی می‌دهد. در واقع پدیدارشناسی با اتخاذ روشهای منحصر به فرد این امکان را فراهم می آورد که از طریق ارتباط نزدیک‌تر و ملموس‌تر با پدیده‌های تربیتی، اقدامات مؤثرتری را برای بهبود مجموعه روابط تربیتی در نظامهای آموزشی انجام ‌دهد.
