چکیده فارسی: چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه سبکهای تفکر با هوش فرهنگی دبیران ، در مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان نقده انجام شده است. با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی 145 دبیر با توجه به جنسیت به صورت طبقه ای متناسب با حجم هر طبقه به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش، از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد سبکهای تفکر استرنبرگ و واگنر و هوش فرهنگی آنگ و همکاران استفاده شده است. برای سنجش میزان پایایی از از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که برای پرسشنامه سبکهای تفکر 94/0α = و هوش فرهنگی861/0α = به دست آمد. داده ها پس از جمع آوری بر اساس فرضیه های پژوهش و با استفاده از تحلیل مانوا و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین مؤلفه‌های سبکهای تفکر با کل ابعاد هوش فرهنگی، رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، سبکهای تفکر قضایی، سلسله مراتبی، کلی نگر و آزاد اندیش نیز می‌تواند به طور مثبت و معنی داری، عامل فراشناختی، شناختی، انگیزشی و رفتاری را پیش بینی کند.

Study of relationship between thinking styles and Cultural Intelligence teachers in principals in high schools of Naghade, Iran

English Abstract: Abstract The present study was relationship between thinking styles and Cultural Intelligence teachers in principals in high schools of Naghade (a city in Iran). In a correlational descriptive study, 145 teachers were randomly selected according to sex and using stratified sampling proportional to size. Data was collected by Ang's and et al Cultural Intelligence questionnaire(2004) and Sternberg and Wagner's questionnaire (1992). for assessing reliability using cronbach's alpha coefficient organizational socialization organizational α = 0/861 and thinking styles α = 0/94 questionnaire Obtained. Hypothesis based on the data collected and analyzed using MANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the thinking styles of Cultural Intelligence There is a significant positive relationship.In addition to, Legislative, Judicia, hierarchical, global and liberal thinking styles to be a significant and positive aspects metacognitive, cognitivemotivation and behavioral compontnt transaction to predict.
