چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر داستان درمانی شغلی بر رضایت شغلی و عزّت نفس سازمانی اجرا شد. روش پژوهش به صورت نیمه تجربی با پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان آموزش و پرورش منطقه جرقویه استان اصفهان بودند. که براساس نمونه گیری تصادفی 20 نفر انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شده بودند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در این پژوهش فهرست توصیف شغلی اسمیت و پرسشنامه عزّت نفس سازمانی پیرس و همکاران بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و با روش تحلیل کوواریانس داده‌ها تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که داستان درمانی شغلی بر رضایت شغلی و شاخص‌های آن جز کار در شغل فعلی و فرصت‌های ترفیع تأثیر داشته است (01/0p

Improving job satisfaction and organizational self esteem through group career narrative therapy

English Abstract: To evaluate the impact of career narrative therapy on job satisfaction and organizational self esteem, a sample of 20 educational staff members were selected and divided into two groups of equal size, one of which went through a group career narrative therapy course. Both groups\' job satisfaction and organizational self esteem was assessed before and after the treatment using Smith\'s Job Description List and Pierce,et.al.\'s Organizational Self Esteem Questionnaire. Results show that the therapy has been effective as far as job satisfaction is concerned, but the organizational self esteem has not been affected.
