چکیده فارسی: امروزه یکی از مسائل مهم در ارتباط با آموزش مدیران مدارس آشنا کردن آنها با حقوق کودکان است. با توجه به اینکه وضع قوانین به تنهایی ضامن اجرای آنها نیست. بنابراین، آشنائی مدیران مدارس با قوانین و حقوق مربوط به کودکان و اجرای آنها امری ضروری تلقی می‌شود. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی میزان آگاهی مدیران آینده مدارس کشور نسبت به حقوق دانش آموزان با استفاده از روش توصیفی انجام شد. جامعه این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان نیمسال آخر رشته مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزشی در مقطع کارشناسی بود. از بین دانشگاهای تهران، دو دانشگاه به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب وابزارپژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. یافته‌های این تحقیق بیان کننده آن است که مدیران آینده مدارس کشور نسبت به حقوق دانش آموزان آگاهی‌های لازم را ندارند و بر این اساس پیشنهاد می‌شود قوانین مربوط به حقوق دانش آموزان در برنامه‌های درسی رشته مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزشی در قالب دو واحد درسی گنجانده شود.
Future school administrators\' awareness of children\'s rights
English Abstract: In today\'s world, an important area of concern in school administrator education is to familiarize them with children\'s rights. Having laws to protect such rights is not enough, as their enforcement requires future school administrators to be aware of such laws and ways of implementing them. To see the extent of such awareness among future administrators, a random sample of senior students in Educational Planning and Administration was selected and the specially constructed questionnaire was administered. Findings indicate that the students surveyed do not have an adequate awareness of children\'s rights. It is suggested that the topic be included in the curriculum for the future administrators.
