چکیده فارسی: پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه سبک زندگی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی با رضایت زناشویی در زنان شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، و از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی ـ همبستگی است که جامعه آماری آن شامل تمام زنان متأهل شهر تهران است که تعداد آنها 2210287 نفر برآورد شده و از این تعداد، 384 مورد بر اساس فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه سبک زندگی والکر، رضایت زناشویی انریچ و آزمون شخصیتی نئو و روش مورد مطالعه ضریب همبستگی بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با نرم­افزار SPSS21 انجام شده است. یافته­ها نشاندهنده این است که با توجه به سطح معناداری، که از 5 درصد کمتر است، بین سبک زندگی و رضایت زناشویی زنان شهر تهران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد؛ هم­چنین بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی و رضایت زناشویی زنان شهر تهران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

A Study of the Relationship between Lifestyle, Personal Traits, and Women’s Marital Satisfaction

English Abstract: This study was aimed at investigating the relationship between lifestyle, personality traits, and marital satisfaction in women in Tehran. This is applied research conducted through the descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population included all the married women in Tehran, whose number was estimated to be 2210287. A sample of 384 women was selected on the basis of the Cochran formula. The required data were collected using three instruments: the Volker Lifestyle Questionnaire, the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Scale, and the Neo Personality Inventory. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS21 software. The findings reveal a significant relationship between lifestyle and marital satisfaction among women in Tehran (p<0.05). A significant relationship was also observed between personality traits and marital satisfaction among women in Tehran.
