چکیده فارسی: این پژوهش با هدف تبیین رابطه جهانی شدن و تحولات خانواده در شهر زنجان و شناخت ابعاد و الگوهای تحولات در رویارویی با جهانی شدن با استفاده از روش پیمایش و آزمون فرضیات انجام شد. جمعیت آماری این پژوهش را خانواده‌های (زوجهای بیش از 20 سال) ساکن شهر زنجان به تعداد 199771 تشکیل می­دهند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 384 نفر به دست آمد. به منظور افزایش روایی و پایایی، حجم نمونه به 400 نفر افزایش یافت. با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای   متناسب با حجم (PPS)، داده­ها جمع­آوری و از طریق نرم افزار spss تحلیل شد. یافته­ها نشان داد خانواده­های شهر زنجان تحت تأثیر جهانی شدن، پیامدهای مثبت و منفی را تجربه کرده­اند؛ اما جهانی شدن فقط نیروی خارجی نیست که بر ما اثر می­گذارد، بلکه ما نیز در آن سهیم هستیم. در این میان عوامل محلی را نیز نباید از نظر دور داشت و در سیاستگذاریها به  فرصتها و تهدیدهای ناشی از جهانی شدن توجه کرد.

The Role of Globalization in Changing the Iranian Family during the Last Two Decades

English Abstract: This research was carried out to explicate the relationship between globalization and family changes in Zanjan, Iran and to identify the dimensions and patterns of changes in the face of globalization using the survey method and hypothesis testing. The statistical population consisted of 199771 families (couples over 20 years old) living in Zanjan, Iran. Using the Cochran formula, a sample of 386 individuals was selected. To increase the validity and reliability, the sample size was raised to 400 people. The data were analyzed by SPSS software. The findings indicated that under the influence of globalization, the families living in Zanjan experienced both positive and negative effects, but globalization is not just an external force that affects us, but rather we play a role in it, too. Meanwhile, the local factors should not be neglected, and the opportunities and threats posed by globalization need to be considering in developing policies.
