چکیده فارسی: در سال های اخیر تلاش های بسیاری برای اصلاح نظام آموزشی سنتی در رویارویی با تحولات ناگزیر فرهنگی را شاهد بوده ایم. این مقاله به بررسی عوامل نمایش خلاق در نظام آموزشی و شناسایی ارتباط و راهبرد آن به بازتولید فرهنگ ملی می پردازد. از آنجا که مشکلات بازتولید فرهنگ، به دلیل سرعت فزاینده ی تغییرات در جامعه از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است؛ هدف پژوهش شناسایی و ارائه ی الگوی بازتولید فرهنگ ملی به واسطه ی نمایش خلاق در نظام آموزشی می باشد. یافته های تحقیق در بعد نظری به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با تاکید بر شاخص "فرآیند خلاق" و "محیط خلاق" با رویکرد هم افزایی (دیاکرونیک) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بدین روی به همراه ارائه ی جدول و نمودار به صورت مستدل نشان داده شده است که بر اساس آرای هافستد چگونه نمایش خلاق در نظام آموزشی منجر به بازتولید فرهنگی می شود. در نتایج پژوهش، شناسایی تضاد بین واقعیت های موجود و رویکرد فضای آموزشی خلاق علاوه بر ارائه ی یک راهکار کاربردی؛ به چگونگی شمول پذیری ابعاد فرهنگی هافستد در ابعاد نمایش خلاق، ظهور و بروز مردم سازی توسط نمایش خلاق، و تبیین الگوی بازتولید اجتماعی- فرهنگی در ابعاد نمایش خلاق پرداخته است. در نهایت نگارندگان توسعه ی استفاده از ظرفیت های نمایش خلاق به عنوان رویکردی جدید مبتنی بر بازتولید ارزش های فرهنگی در نظام آموزشی را پیشنهاد کرده اند.

Reproduction of national culture in the educational system through the capacities of creative drama

English Abstract: This article examines the factors of creative dramatic in the educational system and identifies its relationship and strategy in the reproduction of national culture. The aim of the research is to identify and present the pattern of reproduction of national culture through creative representation in the educational system. The findings of the research were analyzed in the theoretical dimension by the method of qualitative content analysis with an emphasis on the index of "creative process" and "creative environment" with a synergistic (diachronic) approach. Thus, along with the presentation of the table and graph, it has been shown in a reasoned way that according to Hofstede's opinions, how creative representation in the educational system leads to cultural reproduction. In the results of the research, identifying the contradiction between the existing realities; How Hofstede's cultural dimensions can be included in the dimensions of creative dramatic, the emergence and occurrence of humanization by creative dramatic, and the explanation of the model of socio-cultural reproduction in the dimensions of creative dramatic. Finally, the authors have proposed the development of using the capacities of creative dramatic as a new approach based on the reproduction of cultural values in the educational system. and will have important applications for researchers
