چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی نقش مدیران مراکز یادگیری محلی در پیشبرد اهداف و نیازهای جامعه محلی انجام شده است. این پژوهش را میتوان در زمره پژوهش های رویکرد کیفی و روش آن را پدیدارشناسانه از نوع تفسیری قرار داد. میدان پژوهش، تمامی مدیران مراکز یادگیری محلی می باشند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شده اند. با استفاده از دو روش فوق، در مجموع 26 نفر از میدان پژوهش مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته و همه آنها مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. یافته های پژوهش با توجه به نظرات مشارکت کنندگان و به تفکیک سوالات موردنظر به سه بخش تقسیم شدند. در بخش مدیران در شناخت نیازها و مسائل مراکز یادگیری محلی بطور کلی 10 مقوله اصلی و 41 زیرمقوله استخراج شد. مقولات اصلی در این بخش عبارتند از نیازسنجی، شناخت محله و جامعه محلی، دغدغه های آموزشی، دغدغه های مالی، بررسی نیازهای اقتصادی مرکز، بررسی امکانات مرکز، بررسی مسائل اجرایی در نرکز، محتوای کتب، دوره های ضمن خدمت، بازخوردگیری. در ارتباط با نقش مدیران در پیشبرد اهداف مراکز یادگیری محلی نیز 5 مقوله اصلی و 18 زیرمقوله استخراج شد که مقولات اصلی عبارتند از توان جلب همکاری برای حل مسائل، ارتقای امکانات محیطی، ارتقای امکانات آموزشی، همه جانبه نگری مسائل، کمک به ایجاد کارآفرینی. همچنین در ارتباط با ارزیابی مدیران نسبت به میزان دستیابی به اهداف نیز 4 مقوله اصلی و 11 زیرمقوله استخراج گردید کهمقولات اصلی شامل رضایت از کیفیت اهداف، رضایت از نحوه انتقال اهداف به جامعه محلی، رضایت میزان تحقق اهداف، رضایت از دوره های ضمن خدمت برای مدیران می باشد. بطور کلی نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که مدیران مراکز یادگیری محلی نقش بسزایی در شناخت نیازهای جامعه محلی داشته و از طریق تعامل همه جانبه ای که با فراگیرانف اموزش دهندگان و مسئولین دارند، در پیشبرد اهداف بسیار موثر خواهند بود.
The role of local learning center managers in advancing the goals and needs of the local community
English Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of local learning center managers in advancing the goals and needs of the local community. This research can be considered as qualitative approach research and its method is phenomenological and interpretive. The research field is all the managers of local learning centers who have been selected by targeted sampling and snowball sampling methods. Using the above two methods, a total of 26 people from the research field were analyzed and surveyed, all of whom were interviewed. Findings were divided into three parts according to the opinions of the participants and the questions. In the role of managers in recognizing the needs and problems of local learning centers, a total of 10 main categories and 41 subcategories were extracted. The main categories in this section are: needs assessment, knowledge of the neighborhood and local community, educational concerns, financial concerns, review of economic needs of the center, review of facilities of the center, review of executive issues in the center, book content, in-service courses, Feedback. Regarding the role of managers in advancing the goals of local learning centers, 5 main categories and 18 sub-categories were extracted, which are: the ability to attract cooperation to solve problems, improve environmental facilities, improve educational facilities, comprehensive issues, help create entrepreneurship. Also, in relation to managers' evaluation of the achievement of goals, 4 main categories and 11 subcategories were extracted, the main categories including satisfaction with the quality of goals, satisfaction with how to transfer goals to the local community, satisfaction with the achievement of goals, satisfaction with courses They are in the service of managers.
