چکیده فارسی: در دهه های اخیر، رفتارهای غیراخلاقی مانند تقلب و بی­صداقتی تحصیلی در میان دانشجویان، شایع شده است؛ به طوری که می­ توان آن را یک پدیده­ی اجتماعی دانست. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی نقش واسطه­ای انگیزش اخلاقی در رابطه بین هویت اخلاقی و بی ­صداقتی تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی و از منظر هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه یاسوج در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰-۱۴۰۱ بود. با توجه به هدف پژوهش از این جامعه تعداد ۴۰۰ نفر دانشجو به شیوه نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای انتخاب و به پرسشنامه­ های بی­صداقتی تحصیلی مک­کابی و تروینو(۱۹۹۶)، هویت اخلاقی آکینو و رید(۲۰۰۲) و انگیزش اخلاقی انگیزش اخلاقی یانوف بولمن و کارنس(۲۰۱۶) پاسخ دادند. تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش، از طریق روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از  نرم‌افزار ایموس انجام شده­است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد نقش واسطه­ای انگیزش اخلاقی در رابطه بین هویت اخلاقی و بی­صداقتی تحصیلی معنادار بود. همچنین هویت اخلاقی با بی­صداقتی تحصیلی رابطه منفی معنادار، انگیزش اخلاقی با بی صداقتی تحصیلی رابطه منفی معنادار و هویت اخلاقی با انگیزش اخلاقی رابطه مثبت معنادار دارد. نتیجه اینکه هویت اخلاقی هم به صورت مستقیم و هم با واسطه انگیزش اخلاقی با رفتارهای بی­ صداقتی تحصیلی دانشجویان رابطه دارد، لذا برای افزایش انگیزش اخلاقی و همچنین کاهش بی­صداقتی تحصیلی آنها، توجه به افزایش هویت اخلاقی دانشجویان، می تواند مفید و موثر باشد.

Investigating the mediating role of moral motivation in the relationship between moral identity and academic Dishonesty Students

English Abstract: In recent decades, unethical behaviors such as cheating and academic dishonesty have become so common among students; that it can be considered a social phenomenon. The main purpose of this research was to identify the mediating role of moral motivation in the relationship between moral identity and the academic dishonesty of students. The method of this research was a descriptive survey of correlation type and from the point of view of practical purpose. This research's statistical population included all Yasouj University students in the academic year 2021-2022. According to the purpose of the research, 400 students from this community were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. They answered the academic dishonesty questionnaires of McCabe & Trevino (1996), the moral identity of Aquino & Reed (2002), and moral motivation. Answered by Janoff Bulman & Carnes (2016). The analysis of research data has been done through the method of path analysis using IMOS software. The results of the research showed that the mediating role of moral motivation was significant in the relationship between moral identity and academic dishonesty. Also, moral identity has a significant negative relationship with academic dishonesty, moral motivation has a significant negative relationship with academic dishonesty, and moral identity has a significant positive relationship with moral motivation. The moral identity is related to students' academic dishonesty behaviors both directly and through moral motivation, therefore, to increase moral motivation and also reduce their academic dishonesty, paying attention to increasing students' moral identity can be useful and effective.
