چکیده فارسی: هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی روابط فرازناشویی در میان افراد مراجعه‌کننده به مشاوران استان خراسان جنوبی و ارائۀ راهکارهای پیشگیری از این روابط است. پژوهش از منظر هدف، کاربردی است و به‌دلیل نیاز به درک فرایند ارتباطات فرازناشویی و فهمیدن و کشف پیچیدگی‌های آن، برحسب گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کیفی-نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی مشاوران استان خراسان جنوبی شامل مشاوران سازمان‌های بهزیستی، دادگستری، نیروی انتظامی، مرکز مشاورۀ دانشگاه بیرجند، آموزش و پرورش و دانشگاه‌های بیرجند، پیام‌نور و آزاد، حوزۀ علمیه و بنیاد شهید در سال 1397 است که در زمینۀ روابط فرازناشویی کار کرده‌اند. 25 نفر از مشاوران استان که در این زمینه اطلاعات بسنده‌ای داشتند، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و گردآوری اطلاعات با مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با کدگذاری در سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها در چهار دستۀ شرایط زمینه‌ساز، شرایط مداخله‌گر، عوامل علی و پیامدهای روابط فرازناشویی مقوله‌بندی شدند و الگوی روابط فرازناشویی ارائه شد. نتایج نشان داد مقولۀ محوری در روابط فرازناشویی، برآورده‌نشدن نیازهای عاطفی یا جنسی یا هردو آن‌ها است. در انتها راهکارهای مشاوران برای پیشگیری از روابط فرازناشویی مقوله‌بندی و ارائه شدند که شامل راهکارهای درمانی و مشاوره، راهکارهای آموزشی و راهکارهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی بودند. برای اطمینان از روایی و اعتبار داده‌ها به چهار روش کنترل توسط اعضا، نظرسنجی از همکار، مشارکتی‌بودن پژوهش و بازبینی توسط پژوهشگر اقدام شد. با توجه به نتایج، باید به اصلاح زمینه‌ها و شرایط مداخله‌گر یا محیطی مذکور اهتمام شود و سیاستگذاری‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی مناسب، با هدف تأمین این مهم صورت پذیرد.
Extramarital Affairs Referred to Psychologist and Preventive Strategies: Presentation of a Model Based on the Grounded Theory Approach
English Abstract: The aim of the present study is to provide a model of extramarital affairs addressed to South Khorasan province psychologists and to offer strategies to prevent these affairs. This study is applied in terms of of purpose. Considering the need to understand the process of extramarital affairs and to recognize and discover the complexity in it, a qualitative method was used in the research, i.e. grounded theory. The statistical population includes all the counselors who had dealt with extramarital affairs cases in South Khorasan province, including psychologists working for Welfare Organizations, Ministry of Justice, Police, University Birjand Psychologist Center, Ministry of Education and universities of Birjand, Payame Noor and Azad Universities, Seminary and Bonyade Shahid in 2018. 25 psychologists of South Khorasan province with sufficient amount of information about extramarital affairs were selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and coded using three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The results were classified into the following categories: context factors, intervening factors, causal factors and extramarital factors and pattern of extramarital affairs were presented. The results indicated that non-fulfillment of sexual and/or emotional needs forms the axial code in extramarital affairs. Finally, strategies suggested by psychologists to prevent extramarital affairs were categorized and presented. These included therapeutic and counseling strategies, educational strategies, and social and cultural strategies. To ensure the validity and reliability of the data, four methods-including member checking, co-researcher checking, research collaboration, and researcher checking-were used. Based on the findings, efforts should be made to improve intervening or environmental contexts and conditions, and appropriate cultural and social strategies should be formulated to address this important issue
