چکیده فارسی: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش میانجی تعهد زناشویی در رابطه بین ادراک انصاف و رضایت زناشویی بود. روش مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل تمام زنان کارمند متأهل و صاحب فرزند دانشگاه تهران در سال 98-1397 بود. 103 نفر از زنان کارمند متأهل و صاحب فرزند دانشگاه تهران در سال 98-1397 به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و پرسشنامه استاندارد ادراک انصاف پذیری ((PEM، تعهد زناشویی (DCI) و سازگاری زناشویی اسپنیر (DAS) بر روی آن ها اجرا شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار 16–SPSS و 18-Amos استفاده شد. نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر نشان داد، بین ادراک انصاف و رضایت زناشویی، تعهد و مؤلفههای آن یعنی تعهد شخصی، اخلاقی و ساختاری رابطه مثبت و معناداری در سطح 01/0>P برقرار است. علاوه براین، تعهد زناشویی و مؤلفههای آن دارای رابطه مثبت معناداری با رضایت زناشویی است (01/0>P). همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد، اثر غیرمستقیم ادراک انصاف بر رضایت زناشویی از طریق ایجاد تعهد زناشویی، معنادار است (ضریب تأثیر=50/0). به طور کلی، یافته های مطالعه حاضر بیانگر این نکته است که ادراک انصاف در زندگی مشترک از طریق ایجاد تعهدات زناشویی نقش مهمی در میزان رضایت زناشویی ایفا میکند.
The Mediating Role of Marital Commitment in The Relationship Between Equity and Marital Satisfaction
English Abstract: The present study aims to investigate the mediating role of marital commitment in the relationship between equity and marital satisfaction. To do this, by using research method of correlation of the type of path analysis, 103 married female employees and owner of child at University of Tehran were randomly selected and administered Perry equity Inventory (PEM), Adams & Jones Marital commitment (DCI) and Spanier marital satisfaction (DAS). 16-SPSS and 18-Amos software were used for data analysis. Using Pearson correlation and path analysis results showed there is a positive and significant relationship between the Equity and marital satisfaction, marital commitment and its components personal, moral and structural commitment. Additionally, marital commitment and its components had a significant positive relationship with marital satisfaction. Also, the results of path analysis indicated that the indirect effect of equity on marital satisfaction by establishing marital commitment was significant. In general, the findings of this study indicated that the equity in through the creation of marital commitments plays an important role in marital satisfaction.
