چکیده فارسی: این پژوهش به مطالعه وضعیت زنان شاغلی که به صورت غیررسمی مشغول به فعالیت هستند پرداخته است. پرسش پژوهش این است که چرا زنان به این عرصه از اقتصاد وارد می‏شوند و چه چیز‏هایی را تجربه می‏کنند. این پدیده از منظر خود زنان مطالعه شده و نگاهی از درون به پدیده اشتغال غیررسمی زنان است که به روش کیفی تحلیل تماتیک انجام شده است و سعی نموده نتایج مصاحبه‏هایی را که با 30 نفر از زنان انجام شده را تحلیل نماید. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‏دهند که زنان به دو دلیل عمده «میل به حضور در اجتماع» و «نیازهای مالی» وارد بازار کار غیررسمی می‏شوند. در این عرصه «رابطۀ نابرابر»، «حس استثمارشدگی» و «حس ناتوانی در حق‏ستانی» را تجربه می‏کنند. این مطالعه نتیجه می‏گیرد که روابط حاکم بر فضای کسب و کار زنان، به ویژه در حالت غیررسمی آن، وضعیتی اسفبار و مملو از پایمال شدن حقوق شغلی و اجتماعی است.

Women and Informal employment: a qualitative study in Sannandaj

English Abstract: This research addresses the situation of women who work informally in the informal or formal sectors of the economy. It seeks to find answers to why they enter this sector of the economy, what they experience in this type of employment, and ultimately to understand the role of the institutions involved in the persistence of the current situation of women's informal employment. This qualitative study, using thematic analysis technique, attempted to analyze the results of interviews with 30 women . This study was conducted in Sanandaj in 1402. The results of the study show that women enter the informal labor market for two main reasons: "desire to be present in society" and "financial needs." In this area, they experience "unequal relationships," "a sense of exploitation," and "a sense of inability to seek justice." This study concludes that the relationships governing women's business environment, especially in its informal form, are a deplorable situation and fraught with the violation of occupational and social rights.
