چکیده فارسی: تبیین احکام طلاق، یکی از مباحث محوری در آیات قرآن کریم است که بخشی از آن در سورة طلاق بیان شده است. موضوع این مقاله، رصد مضامین سورة طلاق، به روش مطالعات بین‌رشته‌ای «تحلیل مضمون» است که مضامین پایه و سازمان‌دهندة این سوره را شرح میدهد. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که خداوند متعال ضمن تشریع احکام طلاق در این سوره، سازة اخلاقی و رفتاری با عنوان «تقوا» را به بندگان سفارش کرده است، به گونه‌ای که این مضمون در سراسر سوره وجود دارد. مضامین این سوره، در قالب 5 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده شامل: «الزام به تقوامداری»، «رعایت احکام طلاق»، «مبانی الزام به احکام طلاق و تقوامداری»، «تأکید بر اخلاق و تلطیف در احکام طلاق» و «تهدید معاندان و بشارت به مؤمنان» بررسی میشود. لذا هدف سورة طلاق، تنها بر لزوم اجرای احکام طلاق نیست؛ بلکه این سوره، ضمن بیان احکام طلاق، درصدد است تا نگرش و اخلاق افراد را در موضوع تنش‌زای طلاق ارتقا بخشد تا با داشتن تقوا به کنترل درونی و خودنظمدهی خویش بپردازند و در نتیجة آن، جامعة سالم، با امنیت و به دور از خشونت را برای یکدیگر به ارمغان آورند.
The Model of Continuity in Marriage Based on Content Analysis of Surah Talaq
English Abstract: Explanation of the rules of divorce is one of the central topics in the verses of the Holy Quran, a part of which is stated in Surah Talaq. The subject of this article is to observe the themes of Surah Talaq by using the method of interdisciplinary studies "Theme Analysis", which for this purpose has analyzed and explained the basic and organizing themes of this Surah with two quantitative and qualitative approaches. The findings of the research show that while legislating the decrees of divorce in this Surah, the Almighty God has recommended the moral and behavioral structure called "Taqwa" to the servants in such a way that this theme is present throughout the Surah. The themes of this surah can be explained in the form of 5 organizing themes, including: the obligation to be strict, observing the rules of divorce, the basics of the obligation to the rules of divorce and strictness, emphasis on morality and refinement in the rules of divorce, threats to enemies, and good news to believers. Therefore, the approach of Surah Talaq on the necessity of enforcing the decrees of divorce is not the only purpose of this Surah; Rather, this surah, while stating the rulings of divorce, seeks to improve people's attitudes and morals in the stressful issue of divorce, so that they can have inner control and self-discipline with piety, and as a result, a healthy and safe society. and bring each other away from violence.
