چکیده فارسی: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی مدل ساختاری تبیین سرمایه های اجتماعی-هیجانی بر اساس هوش هیجانی و واکنش پذیری هیجانی با نقش واسطه ای صبر بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع پژوهشهای همبستگی به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه 625 نفر( 399 نفر زن و 226 نفر مرد) از دانشجویان دانشگاه اراک بودند که به روش خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه های سرمایه های اجتماعی-هیجانی و تاب آوری، هوش هیجانی، واکنش پذیری هیجانی و صبر پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای صبر و هوش هیجانی اثرات مستقیم معناداری بر سرمایه های اجتماعی-هیجانی دارند. همچنین نقش واسطه ای صبر در اثر هوش هیجانی و واکنش پذیری هیجانی بر سرمایه های اجتماعی-هیجانی معنادار است( P<0/05). در مجموع نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که هوش هیجانی و واکنش پذیری هیجانی بر سرمایه های اجتماعی-هیجانی با واسطه صبر اثر معناداری دارند. لذا پرورش این فضیلت اخلاقی میتواند در تقویت سرمایه های اجتماعی-هیجانی سودمند باشد.
Predicting social-emotional assets based on emotional intelligence and emotional reactivity: A mediating role of patience
English Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the structural model of explaining social-emotional assets based on emotional intelligence and emotional reactivity with the mediating role of patience. The design of the present study was applied and correlational by structural equation modeling. Sample of the study were 625 (399 girls and 226 boys) were selected by cluster random sampling add answered the social-emotional assets and resilience scale, emotional intelligence and emotional reactivity questionnaires and patience scale. Pearson correlation methods and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results showed that both the variables of Patience and emotional intelligence had direct and significant effects on social-emotional assets and the mediating role of the patience in the relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional reactivity with social-emotional assets was significant, too. Overall, the results of this project showed that emotional intelligence and emotional reactivity have significant effects on social-emotional assets with mediating role of patience. So, fostering of this moral virtue could beneficial for reinforcement of social-emotional assets.
