چکیده فارسی: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تبیین آموزاندن «به» و آموختن «از» با تاکید بر تحول در آموزش و پرورش در پرتو عاملیت و تعامل می‌باشد. با این توضیح که تعلیم و تربیت بیش از هر چیز بر تعامل معلم و شاگرد استوار است. تعامل در اینجا مفهومی فراتر از تأثیر متقابل است که میان اشیاء نیز برقرار می‌شود و تنها در جایی ممکن است که رابطه ای میان دو «عامل» مورد نظر باشد. در این بستر تعاملی، تدریس همواره آموزاندن «به» کسی و یادگیری همواره یادگیری «از» کسی چون معلم یا هم شاگردی (و گاه از شاگرد) خواهد بود. در این ارتباط، عناصر دیگری مانند کتاب و ابزارهای آموزشی نیز حضور دارند، اما همه این عناصر چون قمرهایی بر گرد یک یا هر دوی این قطب‌های تعاملی می‌گردند. زنده بودن تعلیم و تربیت و زندگی ساز بودن آن در گرو فراهم آمدن چنین آرایشی است؛ چنان که انحطاط و میرایی آن نیز در گرو جا به جا کردن و به هم ریختن این نظم است. با در نظر داشتن منطق بسط و گسترش منظومه تعلیم و تربیت بر اساس رابطه تعاملی می‌توان گفت که فرو شکستن این منطق به ظهور مشکلات و موانعی در جریان تحول تعلیم و تربیت می‌انجامد که هر یک به گونه ای محور بودن رابطه تعاملی معلم و شاگرد را نادیده می‌گیرند.
Teaching ‘to’ and Learning ‘from’
English Abstract: More than anything else, education is rooted in the interaction between students and teachers. Interaction is a more comprehensive concept than mutual influence which also exists among objects; the former is only possible when a relation among two agents is at stake. In this relation other components exist as well, such as books and educational tools, however, all these components are like satellites which evolve around one or both of the interactive agents. Liveliness and ebullience of education depends on this setting, just as decadence and deviance of education is dependent upon obstructing this setting. In this interaction, Teaching is always teaching ‘to’ someone just as well as learning is always learning ‘from’ someone. In this paper, some of the obstacles of evolution in Education are considered each of which ignores in one way or another interactive relation among the teacher and student and jettisons the desired orderliness in an educational environment
