چکیده فارسی: اهداف شناسایی ایده‌پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان می‌تواند به مداخله به‌هنگام برای افراد در معرض خطر کمک کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیل‌کننده جنسیت در رابطه بین فشار روان‌شناختی، حساسیت به طرد شدن و شکست با ایده‌پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان با نقش میانجی افسردگی و ناامیدی انجام شد.  مواد و روش ها پژوهش مقطعی حاضر به روش همبستگی و از نوع تحلیل مسیر است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه نوجوانان 14 تا 19ساله استان لرستان که در سال تحصیلی 1401 در مقطع متوسطه مشغول به تحصیل بودند، تشکیل دادند. در این پژوهش بااستفاده‌از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای 623 نفر از دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس احتمال خودکشی (کال و گیل، 1988)، مقیاس اضطراب و افسردگی بیمارستانی (زیگموند و اسنیت، 1983)، پرسش‌نامه فشار روان‌شناختی (ژانگ و همکاران، 2022)، مقیاس ناامیدی (بک و همکاران، 1974)، مقیاس شکست گیلبرت و آلن (1998) و پرسش‌نامه حساسیت به طرد (داونی و فلدمن، 1996) استفاده شد. فرضیه‌های پژوهش بااستفاده‌از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 و تحلیل مسیر بااستفاده‌از نرم‌افزار AMOS نسخه 24 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نتایج حاصل از تحلیل متغیر تعدیل‌کننده نشان داد در پسران شکست و حساسیت به طرد اثر مثبت و مستقیمی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی دارد، درحالی‌که فشار روان‌شناختی از طریق ناامیدی و افسردگی اثر غیرمستقیمی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی دارد. همچنین در دختران شکست و فشار روان‌شناختی اثر مثبت و مستقیمی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی دارند، درحالی‌که حساسیت به طرد از طریق ناامیدی و افسردگی اثر غیرمستقیمی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی دارد. نتیجه گیری از یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که فشار روان‌شناختی، حساسیت به طرد و شکست از طریق ناامیدی و افسردگی می‌توانند به خوبی ایده‌پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان را تبیین کنند.

The Mediating Role of Depression and Hopelessness in the Relationship of Psychological Strain, Rejection Sensitivity, and Defeat With Suicide Ideation in Adolescents in Iran

English Abstract: Objectives Identifying suicidal ideation in adolescents can help timely intervention for those at risk. The present study aims to assess the mediating role of depression and hopelessness in the relationship of psychological strain, rejection sensitivity, and defeat with suicide ideation in adolescents in Iran. Methods This is a cross-sectional correlational study using the path analysis method. The study population consists of all high school students aged 14-19 years in Lorestan Province in 2021. Of these, 623 were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling method. To collect data, the suicide probability scale (Cull & Gill, 1988), hospital anxiety and depression scale (Zigmond & Snaith, 1983), psychological strain scale (Zhang et al, 2022), Beck hopelessness scale (Beck et al, 1974), defeat scale (Gilbert & Allan, 1998) and rejection sensitivity questionnaire (Downey & Feldman, 1996) were used. Research hypotheses were tested using Pearson’s correlation test in SPSS software, version 26 and path analysis in AMOS  software, version 24. Results The results of the correlation test showed a positive and significant relationship between psychological strain, rejection sensitivity, and defeat with depression, hopelessness, and suicidal ideation (P<0.05). Defeat was both directly and indirectly related to suicidal ideation. However, the relationship of psychological strain and rejection sensitivity with suicidal ideation was through hopelessness and depression. Conclusion There is a need for further elucidating the mechanisms of suicidal ideation and behaviors in the study area. This study supports the integrated motivational-volitional model of suicidal behavior.
