چکیده فارسی: یکی از مهارتهای مهمی که هر فرد باید در دوران کودکی بیاموزد مهارتهای اجتماعی است. سبک رفتار والدینی با شکل‌گیری مهارتهای اجتماعی و مشکلات رفتاری فرزندان ارتباط دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه نقش مدیریت شناختی رفتار والدینی در پیش‌بینی مهارتهای اجتماعی و مشکلات رفتاری فرزندان انجام شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی پیش‌بین بود. آزمودنیها 194 دانش آموز دختر و پسر مقطع ابتدایی شهر تهران و والدین‌ آنها بودند که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای ارزیابی مهارتهای اجتماعی و مشکلات رفتاری فرزندان از مقیاس مهارتهای اجتماعی گرشام و الیوت و برای سنجش نقش عملکرد والدین در مدیریت رفتار فرزندان، از پرسشنامه محقق­‌ساخته مدیریت رفتار والدینی استفاده شد. داده‌های گردآوری شده با ضریب همبستگی چندگانه پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی در نرم­‌افزار SPSS22 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که میان مدیریت شناختی رفتار والدینی و مهارتهای اجتماعی کودکان رابطه مثبت معنادار و با مشکلات رفتاری آنان رابطه منفی معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج رگرسیون خطی آشکار کرد که 20% از واریانس مهارتهای اجتماعی کودکان از روی مدیریت رفتار والدین با رویکرد شناختی قابل پیش‌بینی است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر نقش مدیریت شناختی رفتار والدین را در مهارتهای اجتماعی و مشکلات رفتاری فرزندان تأیید کرده است.  

Predicting Children's Social Skills and Behavioral Problems Based on Parental Behavior Management: A Cognitive Approach

English Abstract: Social skills are among the most critical competencies an individual must acquire during childhood. Parental behavioral styles are closely linked to the development of these skills and the emergence of behavioral problems in children. The present study was conducted to investigate the role of cognitive-based parental behavior management in predicting children's social skills and behavioral problems. The research followed a descriptive, predictive correlational design. The participants included 194 primary school students (boys and girls) and their parents in Tehran, selected via convenience sampling. Children's social skills and behavioral problems were assessed using the Gresham and Elliott Social Skills Rating System (SSRS), while parental performance in managing children's behavior was measured through a researcher-developed Parental Behavior Management Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients and linear regression analysis via SPSS version 22. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between cognitive parental behavior management and children's social skills, and a significant negative relationship with their behavioral problems. Furthermore, linear regression results indicated that 20% of the variance in children's social skills can be predicted by a cognitive approach to parental behavior management. Consequently, this study confirms the vital role of cognitive parental behavior management in fostering social skills and mitigating behavioral issues in children.
