چکیده فارسی: متأسفانه طی دو دهه گذشته در کشورهای مختلف از جمله جمهوری آفریقای مرکزی مشاهده شده است که جرائم جنسی توسط افراد مسئول حفاظت از جمعیت‌های محلی رخ داده است. تعداد کشورهایی که در آنها سوءاستفاده و بهره-برداری جنسی توسط حافظان صلح سازمان ملل رخ داده، افزایش یافته که حتی در مواردی این سوءاستفاده‌ها سازمان‌یافته بوده است. برای مثال تحقیقی در هائیتی نشان داد که نیروهای حافظ صلح سازمان ملل در تجارت جنسی 229 زن در ازای مواردی مانند غذا و دارو دخیل بوده‌اند. طبق همان تحقیق، در سالهای 2008 تا 2013، 500 دعوای بهره‌برداری و سوءاستفاده جنسی علیه پرسنل حافظان صلح سازمان ملل اقامه شده است. با این حال اصلاحات اعمال شده در سازمان ملل طی دهه گذشته در از بین بردن جرائم جنسی از سوی حافظان صلح سازمان ملل ناکام بوده است. موضع حقوقدانان و کشورها نیز نسبت به مساله سوء استفاده جنسی توأم با انتقادهای شدید نسبت به خدشه دار نمودن اعتبار سازمان ملل بوده است.نوشتار حاضر نگاهی به تخلفات صلح‌بانی و نقد آن عملکرد و همچنین ارائه راهکارهایی برای زدودن خشونت، تعدیات؛ آن هم توسط سازمانی که خود منادی حمایت از حقوق بشر؛ می باشد.

Abuse or sexual violence against women by United Nations peacekeeping forces

English Abstract: Unfortunately, over the past two decades, it has been observed in various countries, including the Central African Republic, that sexual offenses have been committed by individuals that responsible for protecting local populations. The number of countries where sexual exploitation and sexual exploitation has taken place by UN peacekeepers has increased, even in cases where these abuses have been organized. A Haitian study showed, for example, that United Nations peacekeeping forces were involved in the sexual business of 229 women in terms of food and medicine. According to the same study, between 2008 and 2013, 500 cases of exploitation and sexual abuse were filed against United Nations peacekeeping personnel. However, UN reforms over the past decade have failed to eliminate sexual crimes from UN peacekeepers. The position of lawyers and countries has also been linked to the issue of sexual abuse with grave criticism of undermining the credibility of the United Nations. The present article looks at the violations of peace and criticizes it, as well as providing solutions for the elimination of violence and abuses; By an organization that is itself the champion of human rights;
