چکیده فارسی: امروزه موفقیت دانش‌آموزان در ورزش با توجه به تأثیری که می‌­تواند در رشد و شکوفایی فردی و اجتماعی داشته باشد، به یکی از دغدغه­‌های اولیۀ خانواده‌­ها و کشور تبدیل شده است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب رشتۀ ورزشی دانش‌آموزان با تأکید بر زمینه‌های خانوادگی بوده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، کیفی بود که با روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک (2006) انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان موضوعی (خبرگان دانشگاهی، مدیران آموزش‌و‌پرورش، معلمان درس تربیت بدنی و اولیای دانش‌آموزان) بود. حجم نمونه با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش 23 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه بود که به شکل مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌­ساختاریافته انجام شد. بر پایۀ یافته‌های کیفی، 89 گویه، 9 مضمون فرعی و 3 مضمون اصلی شناسایی شدند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند «عوامل درون­‌فردی»، «عوامل برون­‌فردی» و «عوامل کلان» از عوامل علّی مؤثر بر انتخاب رشتۀ ورزشی دانش‌آموزان هستند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که انتخاب رشتۀ ورزشی دانش‌آموزان فرایندی پیچیده است که نیازمند توجه به عوامل گوناگون فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی است. پیشنهاد می‌شود که نهادهای آموزشی و ورزشی با ایجاد بسترهای مناسب، از جمله برنامه‌های استعدادیابی و حمایت‌های مالی و فرهنگی، به تسهیل این فرایند کمک کنند. همچنین، آموزش والدین در مدیریت هزینه‌های ورزشی و تشویق آنها به حمایت از فعالیت‌های ورزشی فرزندان می‌تواند اثرات مثبت فراوانی داشته باشد.

Identifying Factors Affecting Students' Choice of Sports Major with an Emphasis on Family Background

English Abstract: Student success in sports, given its impact on personal and social development, has become a primary concern for families and the state. Therefore, this study aimed to identify factors influencing students' choice of sports major, emphasizing family background. This was an applied study using a qualitative thematic analysis method (Braun & Clarke, 2006). The statistical population included subject matter experts, academic scholars, school principals, physical education teachers, and parents. Twenty-three participants were selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews. Based on the findings, 89 items, 9 sub-themes, and 3 main themes were identified. The results indicated that "Intrapersonal Factors," "Interpersonal Factors," and "Macro Factors" are the primary causal drivers. The study concludes that choosing a sports major is a complex process requiring attention to individual, familial, and social variables. It is suggested that educational and athletic institutions facilitate this process through talent identification programs and financial/cultural support. Furthermore, educating parents on managing sports-related costs and encouraging support for their children's activities can yield significant positive effects.
