چکیده فارسی: اشتغال زنان در عرصهی فرهنگی و به‌خصوص اقتصادی، تأثیرات مثبت و منفی بسیاری بر فضاهای شهری دارد. در این مقاله به بررسی و تحلیل نقش اشتغال زنان و اثرات مختلف آن در فضاهای شهری پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با مدل ترکیبی SWOT-AHP انجام شده است که با استفاده از آن به تحلیل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید و نیز امتیازدهی هرکدام از آن‌ها و تعیین اولویت‌دهی بین شاخص‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی پرداختیم. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را زنان شاغل شهر کاشان تشکیل دادهاند. با توجه به رویکرد مدل‌های تصمیم‌گیری از نظرات 50 تن از نخبگان و کارشناسان مطرح، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. امتیازدهی شاخص‌ها با طیف ساعتی صورت گرفت که پس از مشخص شدن امتیاز نهایی تمام شاخص‌ها، نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید به‌صورت زوجی مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر اشتغال زنان بر اقتصاد شهری با وزن 0.647 بیشتر از سایر شاخص‌ها است. برای تعیین امتیاز نهایی شاخص‌های موردنظر در نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید اولویت اول فرصت‌ها بودند که درمجموع ارزش تلفیقی بالاترین امتیاز را داشتند. مجموع ارزش تلفیقی نقاط قوت1.68، ضعف 1.56، فرصت3.41، تهدید1.77 هستند.
Analysis and evaluation of womens employment in urban spaces using AHP-SOWT model(cases study of employed women in kashan)
English Abstract: Women’s employment in cultural and especially economic areas has many positive and negative effects on urban and family spaces. This paper examines the role of women’s employment and its various effects on urban spaces. The research method is descriptive-analytical as a way to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as rating each of them, as well as rating each of them, and determining the priority between the indices of attitude, social and cultural affairs. The statistical society of this research is women working in Kashan city which according to the approach of decision models, 50 of the elites and experts have been used as the sample. Indicator scoring is done with the hourly spectrum that, after the final score, all the indices, strength, weaknesses, opportunities and paternity were compared. The results showed that the effect of women’s employment on urban economics with a weight of .647 is more than other indicators. To determine the final score of the indicators in the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the first priority was the opportunities that in total the consolidated value had the highest score. The sum of the combined value of the strengths was 1.68, weaknesses 1.56, opportunities 3.41 and threats 1.77 respectively.
