چکیده فارسی: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه‌ی سبک‌های دلبستگی، بخشش و تعارضات زناشویی در زوج‌های مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر کرج بود. به همین منظور، تعداد 200 زوج (400نفر) از زوج‌های مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه‌ی تجارب شخصی در روابط صمیمانه، بخشش و تعارضات زناشویی براتی و ثنایی استفاده شد. داده-های بدست آمده با استفاده از روش‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی برای گروههای مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که میان سبک‌های دلبستگی، تعارضات زناشویی و بخشش رابطه‌ای معنادار وجود دارد. هم‌چنین، میزان تعارضات زناشویی در زوج‌هایی که سبک دلبستگی هر دوی آن‌ها ایمن است کم‌تر و میزان بخشش در آن‌ها بیش-تر از زوج‌هایی است که سبک‌های دلبستگی هر دوی آن-ها ناایمن و یا سبک دلبستگی یکی از آن‌ها ایمن و دیگری ناایمن است. در نهایت، زوج‌های بدون تعارض نسبت به زوج‌های دارای تعارضات زناشویی، یکدیگر را بیش‌تر می‌بخشند.

A Study of the Relationship among Attachment Styles, Forgiveness and Marital Conflicts in Couples Referring to Karaj Counseling Centers

English Abstract: The aim of this research was to study the relationship among attachment styles, forgiveness and marital conflicts in couples referring to counseling centers in Karaj. To this end, a convenient sample of 200 couples was selected. In order to collect data, a use was made of three questionnaires of personal experiences in intimate relationships, forgiveness, and marital conflicts (Barati & Sanaee). The data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and independent t-test. The results suggested that there was a significant relationship among attachment styles, marital conflicts, and forgiveness. In addition, it was revealed that fewer martial conflicts and more forgiveness were reported by couples with secure attachment style than those reported by couples with either or both mates having insecure attachment styles. Finally, the results showed that couples without marital conflicts forgave one another more than couples with marital conflicts.
