چکیده فارسی: زنان با توجه به سهم قابل توجهی که در مهاجرت‌ها دارند، نقش مهمی در سیاست‌گذاری مهاجرتی ایفا می‌کنند و توجه به شرایط آسیب‌پذیر آنها ضروری است. از اهداف این نوشتار بررسی علل و پیامدهای ناشی از زنانه شدن مهاجرت و نقد و بررسی سیاست ها و قوانین مهاجرتی با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد. رویکرد امنیت انسانی به جای تأکید بر حفظ امنیت دولت، برعوامل متعدد از جمله محرومیت اقتصادی، سیاسی، آزار و اذیت، تمایز بین مهاجران داوطلبانه و اجباری و برجسته کردن این چالش ها تأکید دارد. بنابراین به دنبال شناسایی و کاهش تهدیداتی که منجر به مهاجرت های اجباری و غیرقانونی می شود می باشد. پژوهش حاضر تأکیددارد برای کاهش آسیب ها و افزایش فرصت های ناشی از زنانه شدن مهاجرت، باید سیاست ها ی توسعه و قوانین مهاجرت بازتاب نیازهای مختلف زنان باشد وهمکاری در تمام سطوح مختلف جامعه بین المللی، ملی، جامعه مدنی، سازمان های توسعه و بشردوستانه برای حمایت از حقوق زنان مهاجر، ارائه و ارزشیابی سیاست ها و قوانین مهاجرتی در راستای کاهش بین سیاست و عمل، داده ها و اطلاعات براساس تفکیک جنسیتی صورت گیرد.
The Causes and the Consequences of the Feminizationof International Migration in the Light of Human Security with an Emphasis on International Law: Challenges and Solutions
English Abstract: Given the significant contribution women make in immigration, they play an important role in immigration policies, and there is a need to pay attention to their vulnerable situations. The purpose of this paper is to investigate, through an analytic-descriptive method, the causes and consequences of the feminization of immigration and to review and criticize the immigration policies and laws. Instead of emphasizing on the security of the state, the human security approach emphasizes many factors, including economic and political deprivation, persecution, the distinction between voluntary and compulsory emigrants, and highlighting these challenges. The present research emphasizes that in order to reduce the damages and increase the opportunities arising from the feminization of migration, development policies and immigration policies should reflect the different needs of women, and in order to protect the rights of immigrant women, the cooperation of all levels of the international community, national, civil society, development organizations and humanitarian organizations is a necessity.
