چکیده فارسی:
اهمیت مسئلة باروری و تولید مثل از قدیم‌الایام در هریک از جوامع متمدن بشری مورد بحث واقع شده است و طبیعتاً این بحث‌ها، که اغلب در میان طبقات گوناگون مردم جامعه رواج داشته است، بر اساس نتایج حاصله آثار و عواقبی نیز داشته است که عملکرد هر اجتماع در مقاطع مختلف تاریخ و درخصوص برخورد با مسئلة تولید مثل ناشی از آن است؛ لذا جای دارد اندیشه‌های حاکم بر قوانین و مجازات هر کشور درخصوص این مسئله بررسی و ارزیابی شود.
بدین‌ترتیب، مقالة حاضر درصدد است به شیوة توصیفی و با استفاده از روش مطالعة اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، به مقایسة قانون مجازات اسلامی در ایران و قانون مجازات فدرال کشور روسیه درخصوص مسئلة سقط جنین بپردازد و هدف این است که درنهایت، به تفاوت‌های کمی و کیفی قوانین جزایی این دو کشور پی برده شود.
A Comparative Study of Abortion in Iranian and Russian Penal Law
English Abstract: The importance of fertility and reproduction has been discussed since ancient times in all civilized human societies. Such discussions, being prevalent among different social classes, have natural consequences that affect the performance of societies regarding the attitude towards reproduction in different historical periods. Therefore, it is important to study and evaluate the intellections governing the legal system of any country and their defined penalties related to this issue. The present research aims to compare the Islamic penal law of Iran with the Federal penal law of Russia regarding abortion. This is a library study using a descriptive research method. The final objective is to recognize quantitative and qualitative differences of penal law of the two countries.
