چکیده فارسی: زنان یکی از گروههای هدف در برنامه‌های فقرزدایی‌اند؛ به‌ویژه زنان مطلقه و همسرفوت‌شده که به‌واسطۀ شرایط اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی جامعه با مسئلۀ فقر بیشتر درگیرند. این پژوهش درصدد سنجش عوامل مؤثر بر فقرزدایی و توانمندسازی زنان مطلقه و بیوۀ شهرستان سلسله (به‌منزلۀ یکی از شهرستان‌های محروم) است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، زنان مطلقه و همسرفوت‌شدۀ شهرستان سلسله است. حجم نمونه به روش خوشهای و تصادفی 120 نفر و از ابزار پرسش‌نامه برای جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها نیز از آمارهای رواسپیرمن، تا اوبی کندال و رگرسیون گامبهگام و همچنین در قالب مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، از نرمافزار آموس استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد بین میزان وامهای کم‌بهره، طرحهای خوداشتغالی، آموزش عمومی و مهارت‌آموزی و فقرزدایی زنان رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد. نقش کمکهای غیرنقدی کمیتۀ امداد امام خمینی(ره) بر فقرزدایی زنان تأیید نشد. یافتهها، در صورت تأکید بر وامهای کم‌بهره و مشارکت‌دادن زنان در طرحهای خوداشتغالی و مهارت‌آموزی و آموزش عمومی، از کارکردی مثبت بر عمل‌کرد این سازمان در فقرزدایی زنان حکایت دارد.
Explaining the relationship between economic, cultural and educational factors and poverty alleviation of women (Case study: Divorced women and widows of Aleshtar city)
English Abstract: The present research aims to study the relationship between cultural, social and economic factors conducted by imam Khomeini Relief Committee and poverty alleviation among divorced women and widows. To do so, divorced women and widows from Aleshtar city were chosen as the statistical society of the research. 120 subjects were randomly selected using clustering method. Questionnaire was used to collect data. To analyze data, spearman coefficient, Kendalls Tau-b, and step- regression statics were used. Also, Amos software was used in structural equations modeling frame. The research results showed that there is a significant relationship between the extent of low-interest loans, self- employment plans, and public training and widows and divorced women`s poverty alleviation. Also, the role of Relief Commite`s non-monetary helps in women`s poverty alleviation was not verified. The findings imply that the emphasis on low-interest loans and women`s participation in self- employment, training and public education programs has a positive effect on this organization`s performance to alleviate women`s poverty.
