چکیده فارسی: از جمله تغییر و تحولاتی که در دهه‌های اخیر در حوزۀ سیاسی و اجتماعی در ایران به‌وجود آمد، تغییر در میزان حضور و مشارکت سیاسی‌ـ اجتماعی زنان بوده است و انتظار می‌رود با افزایش توانمندیها و ارتقای سطح تحصیلات زنان و افزایش تعاملات در سطح بین‌الملل، حضور زنان در حوزۀ قدرت سیاسی‌ـ اجتماعی، به‌ویژه در قوة مقننه، دو‌چندان شود. این پژوهش با تأکید بر اهمیت مشارکت سیاسی زنان در توسعه و پیشرفت کشور، با رویکردی مقایسهایـ تحلیلی درصدد ارزیابی میزان مشارکت و حضور زنان در قوة مقننه از قبل تا بعد از انقلاب اسلامی بوده است. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد مشارکت سیاسی زنان از دوران پهلوی تا انقلاب اسلامی ایران شاهد فراز‌و‌نشیب‌هایی بوده است و به‌رغم پیشرفتهای علمی و کسب تجارب سیاسی‌ـ اجتماعی زنان، هنوز تا بهره‌مندی مناسب از توانمندی آن‌ها در ساختار مدیریتی کشور فاصله وجود دارد و به نظر می‌رسد مشارکت آن‌ها در این سطح، نیازمند ایجاد انگیزه و برطرف‌کردن موانع پیش روست.
A Comparative Study on the Presence of Women in the Legislature Branch: Developments and Changes before and after Iran’s Islamic Revolution
English Abstract: Changes in the rate of women socio-political participation and presence are among the changes and developments occurred in socio-political sphere in Iran in the recent decades. It is expected that as women capabilities and education rate and international interactions increase, their socio-political participation and presence especially in Legislature Branch increase dramatically as well. This study is to evaluate women participation and presence in Legislature Branch before and after Islamic Revolution through comparative-analytic approach by stressing the importance of political participation of women in the development of the country.Findings of this article indicate thatwomen political participation has undergone striking fluctuation from Pahlavi period to Islamic Revolution. Although women have fulfilled scientific and socio-political accomplishments hence there is a long way to go in order to utilize their abilities in the management structure of the country pertinently. It seems that their participation in this level demands motivation and eliminating existing obstacles.
