چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر سبک­های حل تعارض و استرس والدگری در زنان متأهل شهر یزد به روش نیمه ­آزمایشی از نوع طرح پیش­ آزمون- پس ­آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان متأهل مراجعه ­کننده به کلینیک ­ها و مراکز مشاوره و خانواده شهر یزد بود که  تعداد 30 نفر (دو گروه 15 نفره برای آزمایش و کنترل) از آنها به روش نمونه­ گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسش ­نامه راهبردهای حل تعارض اشتراوس و استرس والدگری بود. داده­های پژوهش به روش­ تحلیل کوواریانس تک ­متغیری و چندمتغیری تحلیل شد. یافته­ های پژوهش نشان داد که اجرای درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) باعث کاهش میزان استرس والدگری شرکت ­کنندگان پژوهش می ­شود. همچنین یافته ­ها نشان داد که اجرای درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در فرآیند حل تعارض و خرده مقیاس ­های آن یعنی، خرده مقیاس کلامی، خرده مقیاس کاهش میزان غفلت و خرده مقیاس افزایش میزان گذشت مؤثر بود.

The Effect of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on the Parenting Stress and Conflict Resolution Styles among the Married Women

English Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on the conflict resolution styles and parenting stress among the married women in the city of Yazd and it used a quasi-experimental method and pretest-posttest design with a control group. The population was all the married women referring to the counseling and family clinics and centers in the city of Yazd and 30 women (test and control groups of 15) were selected by the convenience sampling. The research tools were the Straus's conflict tactics scale and parenting stress index. The data were analyzed by the Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) and Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA). The findings showed that the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) decreases the level of parenting stress among the participants. In addition, the findings demonstrated that ACT influences the conflict resolution process and its subscales including the verbal, reduction of neglect level, and increment of self-sacrifice level subscales.
