چکیده فارسی:
خانواده به عنوان کهن‌ترین نظام در جوامع بشری، مناسب‌ترین سازمان برای تأمین نیازهای جسمی و روانشناختی اعضا و بهترین بستر برای پرورش نسلی کارآمد و معتقد به ارزش‌های دینی و اجتماعی و زمینه‌ساز تامین نیازهای اقتصادی، حقوقی و امنیت و آرامش روانی افراد بشر بوده است. در سال‌های اخیر نظام خانواده به دلیل تحولات فرهنگی، اجتماعی، صنعتی، علمی و ارزشی با مشکلات متعددی روبرو شده است. تزلزل بسیاری از سنت‌ها، اخلاقیات، آداب، رسوم و اعتقاداتی که عامل تقویت، استحکام و تعادل خانواده بوده، کارآمدی خانواده را تهدید کرده است.
عوامل مؤثر بر کارآمدی و ناکارآمدی خانواده به قدری زیاد و پیچیده است که برای مقابله با عوامل آسیب‌زا و حفاظت از هویت ملی و دینی نظام خانواده، معرفی و آموزش شاخص‌های کارآمدی خانواده در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی ضرورت پیدا کرده است. خانواده تأثیر بسیار فراوانی بر جامعه دارد و تحقق جامعه سالم و کارآمد در پرتو وجود خانواد‌ه‌های سالم و کارآمد امکا‌ن‌پذیر است.
هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است ویژگی‌های خانواده کارآمد را از منابع معتبر اسلامی بر اساس شاخص‌های بینشی، اخلاقی و حقوقی استخراج و معرفی نماید. شاخص‌ها و ویژگی‌ها با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به صورت جزئی و تفصیلی از آیات و روایات مربوط به خانواده استخراج و ارائه شده است.
The Indicators of an Efficient Family
English Abstract: The family is the oldest, fundamental and most enduring of all human institutions. It is the best institution for meeting the physical and psychological needs of the family members, and the most suitable place for nurturing an efficient generation that believes in religious and social values and helps cater the economic, legal and psychological peace of individuals in human society. In recent years, the family has been encountering numerous problems owing, largely, to cultural, social, industrial and moral problems. The shakiness of most of the traditions, ethical norms, manners, customs and dogmas, which play an important role in the family balance, strength and stability, has threatened the family efficiency. Factors affecting the efficiency and inefficiency of the family are so many and complex that in order to deal with problematic factors and to protect the national and religious identity of the family system, it has been essential to introduce and teach the effectiveness indicators of the family at national and international levels. The family has a very great impact on society and the realization of a safe, healthy and efficient society is possible only through healthy and efficient families. This article seeks to extract the characteristics of an efficient family with reliance on authentic Islamic sources, albeit on the basis of moral and legal indicators.
