چکیده:

دین اسلام دین تمدن سازی است. مقدمات و الزامات لازم برای بازسازی و شکوفایی تمدن اسلامی در منابع اسلامی موجود است، ولی استخراج و کاربست آنها برای ایجاد، بازسازی و شکوفایی تمدن اسلامی بایستی مورد مطالعه مجدد قرار گیرد تا با دریافت های نو به جامعه عرضه شود. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که مقدمات و الزامات ایجاد تمدن نوین اسلامی کدامند؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که مقدمات ایجاد و شکوفایی تمدن اسلامی بر اساس سه مؤلفه سامان یافته است: جامعه، حکومت و رهبری صالح و جامع الشرایط. الزامات ایجاد تمدن نوین اسلامی نیز هفت مورد هستند که عبارتند از: خودباوری و عزتمندی در جامعه، تقویت اراده اجتماعی، آرمان گرایی و آرمان خواهی جامعه، استقامت، داشتن محیط امن، ارزشمند بودن کار و مبادله معرفتی با دیگر جوامع و ملل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

English Abstract: Preliminaries and Requirements for the Creation of a New Islamic Civilization The religion of Islam is the religion of civilization. Necessary preparations and requirements for the reconstruction and flourishing of Islamic civilization are available in the Islamic sources, but their extraction and application for the creation, reconstruction and flourishing of Islamic civilization must be re-studied, so that, it will be presented to the community with new perception. This research by descriptive-analytical method seeks to answer the question: What are the preconditions and requirements for the creation of a new Islamic civilization? The research findings show that the preconditions for the creation and flourishing of Islamic civilization are organized based on three components: society, government, competent and comprehensive leadership. Also, there are seven requirements for the creation of a new Islamic civilization, which are: Self-confidence and dignity in society, Strengthening the social will, the idealism of society, perseverance, having a safe environment, belief in the value of work, exchange of knowledge with other societies and nations
