چکیده فارسی: تفاوت نگرش و رویکرد اسلام به مفهوم پیشرفت و توسعه، در مقایسه با مفهوم آن در جهان غرب کاملاً مشخص و واضح است و لزوم توجه به فرهنگ و اقتضائات محیطی جوامع اسلامی در تدوین و طراحی الگوی اسلامی امری اجتناب ناپذیر است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه‌ی الگوی توسعه و پیشرفت پایدار کسب‌وکار با رویکرد اسلامی و استخراج ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های آن بود. برای این منظور داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق تحلیل محتوای کیفی متون اسلامی به روش استقرایی جمع‌آوری گردید. براساس نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش و ضمن توجه به اعتبار نتایج حاصله (باورپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، وابستگی و تاییدپذیری)، الگوی اسلامی کسب‌وکار پایدار در برگیرنده‌ی هفت بعد: 1) اقتصادی، 2) زیست محیطی، 3) اجتماعی، 4) کار و تولید، 5) مدیریت و رهبری، 6) سرمایه انسانی و 7) پیشرفت و تعالی است که در قالب 36 مؤلفه و 132 شاخص اندازه‌گیری، در پرتو دو اصل اساسی و بنیادین اسلامی (عدالت و اخلاق)، امکان دستیابی به اهداف توسعه‌ی پایدار اسلامی را بیش از پیش فراهم خواهد آورد.

tainable Business1 Development of an Islamic Model for Sus

English Abstract: The differences between attitudes and approaches of Islam to progress and development with those of the Wes tern world are quite clear. Hence, it is inevitable to pay attention to the cultural and environmental requirements of Islamic societies in designing and developing an Islamic model of progress. The main purpose of this s tudy is to present a model for sus tainable business development and progress based on Islamic approach and find out its dimensions, components and indicators. For this purpose, the required data were collected through qualitative content analysis of Islamic texts through inductive method. Based on the results, and considering the validity of the results (Credibility, Transferability, dependability, and Conformability), the Islamic Model of Sus tainable Business contains seven dimensions: 1) Economic, 2) Environmental, 3) Social, 4) Labor and Production, 5) Management and Leadership, 6) Human Capital, and 7) Progress and Excellence. This model, in the form of 36 components and 132 indexes, in the light of two fundamental Islamic principles (jus tice and ethics), will prepare the grounds for the achievement of Islamic sus tainable development goals.
