چکیده فارسی:
زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و احصاء مصادیق معروف و منکر در رفتارها و عملکردهای کارکنان ف. انتظامی ج.ا.ا، بر اساس یافته های حاصل از بررسی و تحلیل علمی در متن و محتوای پیام های مردمی واصله به سامانه نظارت همگانی، جهت برنامه ریزی و اتخاذ تدابیر لازم برای تقویت و توسعه امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در این حوزه صورت گرفته است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش جزء تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع تحلیل محتوای کمی و کیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر پیام های مردمی واصله به سامانه نظارت همگانی است که به صورت تمام شمار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و روایی صوری و محتوایی آن بر اساس نظر کارشناسان و خبرگان تأیید گردید.
یافته ها و نتیجه گیرى: بر اساس یافته های حاصل از پژوهش و پس از پالایش مفاهیم، تعداد 3 مفهوم پایه و نیز 62 مفهوم با عنوان مصادیق منکر و50 مفهوم در قالب مصادیق معروف به تفکیک جغرافیا و قلمروی مکانی و نیز پلیس های تخصصی، طی سه مرحله از متن و محتوای پیام‌های واصله احصاء شدند. امر به معروف و نهی از منکر مردمی در قالب سامانه نظارت همگانی، در بازتولید قدرت نرم سازمان فراجا سهم بسزایی دارد و بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گری نمود که فرهنگ، مکتب و ارزش‌های اسلامی (اصل امر به معروف و نهی از منکر)، درونمایه ای از قدرت دارند که در نهایت به احساس کرامت، حرمت و رضایت مندی مردم نیز منجر می شوند.
