چکیده فارسی: زمینه و هدف: قهرمانان، اساطیر، رهبران و نخبگان، همواره در جوامع بشری نقشی بی دلیل و پراهمیت در جهت پیشبرد اهداف و آرمان­های آن جوامع ایفای نموده­اند. شخصیت ­های مزبور، روح زندگی، نشاط و حماسه را در میان جامعه و مردم زنده نگاه داشته و نقش کلیدی تسریع­کننده در رسیدن به اهداف و آرمان­ها را ایفا می­کنند. رسالت مراجع فرهنگ­ساز و تربیتی جوامع مختلف، ارائة تصویری مشخص و شفاف از شخصیت رهبران و قهرمانان خویش است که الگویی برای سطوح مختلف جامعه تلقی می­شوند.
روش‌: در این تحقیق سعی شده است با بهره­گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و مطالعه اسنادی و بهره‌گیری از مدل شخصیتی ویلیام جیمز و آیت‌الله جوادی آملی به تحلیل ابعاد شخصیت شهید چمران به‌عنوان یک الگو، پرداخته و ویژگی­های کم‌نظیر او را در سطح جامعه تبیین کنیم.
یافته‌ها: مصطفی چمران، یکی از شاخص­ترین نخبگان و نوابغ علمی، سیاسی و نظامی جهان اسلام و انقلاب اسلامی دارای شخصیتی برجسته و نمونه در تمامی ساحات شخصیتی است. شهید چمران با توجه به کمالات متعدد معنوی، عرفانی، اخلاقی، حرفه­ای، علمی، هنری، سیاسی، نظامی، جهادی، شجاعت و سلحشوری، تربیتی، مدیریتی و کادرسازی، برخوردار از خصوصیات یک الگوی تراز اول در جامعه است.
نتایج: بر اساس یافته ­های این تحقیق، چمران دارای برجستگی­های بی­بدیلی در ساحات معرفتی، احساسی و ارادی است و فضایل شخصیتی وی در این سه ساحت کاملاً یکپارچه و دارای سازگاری درونی است، این ویژگی­ها، او را کاملاً در معرض تبدیل­شدن به یک قهرمان و الگوی برجسته در جهان اسلام قرار داده است که در تاریخ انقلاب اسلامی فقط این ویژگی در وجود افراد معدود و خاص ظهور یافته است.

Mostafa Chamran's Personality at the Level of a Great Role-Model

English Abstract: Background and objectives: Heroes, legends, leaders and elites have always played an irreplaceable and important role in human societies in advancing the goals and ideals of those societies. The above-mentioned characters keep the spirit of life, vitality and epic among the society and people alive and play a key role in accelerating the achievement of goals and ideals. The mission of cultural and educational authorities of different societies is to present a clear picture of the personality of their leaders and heroes, who are considered as models for different levels of society. Methodology: In this research, by using the descriptive-analytical method and document study, and using the personality model of William James and Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, an attempt was made to analyze and explain the personality dimensions of Shahid Chamran as a model, and his unique characteristics at the level of society. Findings: Mustafa Chamran, one of the most prominent scientific, political and military elites and geniuses of the Islamic world and the Islamic Revolution, has an outstanding and exemplary personality in all fields of personality. Shahid Chamran, due to his many spiritual, mystical, moral, professional, scientific, artistic, political, military, jihadist, bravery, educational, managerial and staffing perfections, has the characteristics of a first-level model in the society. Results: Based on the findings of this research, Chamran has irreplaceable prominences in cognitive, emotional and volitional fields and his personality virtues in these three fields are completely integrated and have internal consistency. These characteristics make him completely exposed to becoming a hero and an outstanding role model in the Islamic world and this feature has only appeared in the existence of a few and special people in the history of the Islamic Revolution.
