چکیده فارسی:
زمینه و هدف: ازآنجا‌که انسان دارای دو ساحت مادی و معنوی است، برای رسیدن به کمال در هرکدام از این ابعاد به ابزارهایی دقیق و متناسب نیاز است. بی‌تردید یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای رشد معنوی در انسان تعالیم الهی هستند که در قرآن به‌صورت کامل در اختیار انسان‌ها قرار داده شده است. در این مقاله تلاش شده است به‌دور از پیش‌داوری‌های ارزشی، صرفاً بر اساس داده‌های علمی، به نقش تعالی معنوی در ارتقای کارایی کارکنان نیروی انتظامی پرداخته شود. چارچوب ارائه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز به این صورت است که ابتدا یک موضوع انتخاب شده و سپس با استناد به آیات و برخی روایات به تبیین آن پرداخته شده است.
روش: این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و مطالعات میدانی در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی انجام شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که ازجمله آثار تعالی معنوی عبارت‌اند از: افزایش اعتماد عمومی نسبت به نیروی انتظامی، افاضة برکات مادی و معنوی در سایة نعمت امنیت، کسب عزّت و کرامت، بسترسازی برای تحقق مدینة فاضله، مشروعیت‌آفرینی برای نظام اسلامی و درنهایت گسترش عدالت در شئون مختلف اجتماعی. تعالی سطح معنویت در انسان با رشد معرفتی، اخلاقى و اجتماعى همراه است؛ بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تعالی معنوی کارکنان ناجا ضرورتی برای دستیابی به سازمانی متعالی و جامعه‌ای اسلامی است.
The Effects of the Spiritual Excellence of Law Enforcement Personnel on Islamic Society
English Abstract: Background and objectives: Since man has two material and spiritual realms, in order to achieve perfection in each of these dimensions, precise and appropriate tools are needed. Undoubtedly, one of the most important tools for spiritual growth in human beings is the divine teachings that have been fully provided to human beings in the Qur'an. In this article, an attempt has been made to address the role of spiritual excellence in improving the efficiency of law enforcement personnel, based on scientific data only, away from value prejudices. The framework for presenting and analyzing the data is such that first a topic is selected and then it is explained by quoting verses and some narrations. Methodology: This research has been done by descriptive-analytical method and using library documents and field studies in Amin Police University. Findings and results: The findings of this study show that among the effects of spiritual excellence are: increasing public trust in the police force, bestowing material and spiritual blessings in the light of security, gaining dignity and honor, laying the groundwork for the realization of the utopia, the legitimacy of Islamic justice and the expansion of justice in various social matters. The excellence of the level of spirituality in man is associated with epistemological, moral and social growth. Based on this, it can be concluded that the spiritual excellence of I. R. I. Police employees is a necessity to achieve an excellent organization and Islamic society.
