چکیده فارسی: زمینه و هدف: مقاله حاضر به دنبال شناسایی وضعیت فرهنگ دینی کارکنان وظیفة ناجا و پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش است که وضعیت ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های فرهنگ دینی کارکنان وظیفة ناجا چگونه است؟ وضعیت فرهنگ دینی در چهار بُعد فرهنگی ولایی، عبادی، معارف دینی و بُعد فرهنگ دفاعی، جهادی و انقلابی است.
روش: روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعة آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان وظیفة ناجا با میزان خطای 2 درصد، نمونة آماری به تعداد 6128 نفر تعیین شده است. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان سازمانی، و پایایی آن با مقدار آلفای کرونباخ بالای ۰.۷ تأیید شده است. در روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات نیز از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی متناسب با سطح سنجش متغیرها استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت فرهنگ دینی کارکنان وظیفة ناجا ۶۸ از ۱۰۰ و در سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط (60%) قرار دارد. وضعیت بُعد فرهنگ معارف دینی: ۶۰٪؛ و بُعد فرهنگ ولایی: ۶۳٪ کمتر از میانگین کل و وضعیت بُعد فرهنگ عبادی: ۷۸٪ و بُعد فرهنگ انقلابی، دفاعی و جهادی:‌ ۷۲٪ بالاتر از سطح میانگین کلی فرهنگ دینی قرار دارد. وضعیت فرهنگ دینی کارکنان وظیفة ناجا به‌صورت کلی در قالب دو الگوی مفهومی و نقشة جغرافیایی در سطح کشور به‌صورت تطبیقی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است.

The Status of Religious Culture of I. R. I. Police In-Service Staff

English Abstract: Background and objectives: The present article seeks to identify the status of religious culture of I. R. I. Police in-service staff and answer the question of what is the status of the dimensions and components of religious culture of I. R. I. Police in-service staff. The status of religious culture is in the four dimensions of Velaie culture, worship culture, religious education culture, and revolutionary, defensive, and jihadi culture.  Methodology: The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population includes all I. R. I. Police in-service staff. The statistical samples were determined as 6,128 individuals with an error rate of 2%. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the opinion of organizational experts, and its reliability was confirmed via a Cronbach's alpha value above 0.7. In data analysis, the descriptive and inferential statistical tests appropriate to the level of measurement of variables have been used. Findings: The research findings show that the religious culture status of I. R. I. Police in-service staff is 68 out of 100 and above the average level (60%). Status of the dimension of culture of religious education 60%; and the dimension of Velaie culture 63% less than the total average and the status of the dimension of worship culture 78% and the dimension of revolutionary, defense and jihadi culture 72% is higher than the total average level of religious culture. The status of religious culture of I. R. I. Police in-service staff has been compared in general in the form of two conceptual models and a geographical map in the country.
