چکیده فارسی:
زمینه و هدف: در حال حاضر سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی ناجا با توجه به مأموریت خود درزمینة ارتقای بصیرت دینی و سیاسی کارکنان ناجا، فعالیت‌های فرهنگی متنوعی در بخش‌های مختلف ناجا و سازمان‌های وابسته به آن انجام میدهد که فعالیت‌های مزبور در مسیر اجرای خود از ابتدا تاکنون دچار آسیب‌هایی شده‌اند. این تحقیق به دنبال شناسایی آسیبهای موجود در فعالیت‌های فرهنگی ساعس در کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌ها و ارائة پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود وضعیت موجود است.
روش تحقیق: این تحقیق با روش کیفی «تحلیل مضمونی» انجام گرفته است. دادههای تحقیق از طریق 78 مصاحبه و 7 سند، گردآوری شده و طی فرایند سه مرحلهای کدگذاری توصیفی، کدگذاری تفسیری و یکپارچهسازی از طریق مضامین فراگیر با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار مکس کیو دی ای، تحلیل شده است.
یافته‌ها: حاصل تحلیل دادهها، درمجموع 2358 کد بود که ذیل مضامین توصیفی و تفسیری متعدد طبقهبندی شدند و درنهایت آسیبهای موجود در فعالیت‌های فرهنگی ساعس در کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌ها ذیل 8 حوزه (مضمون فراگیر) خط‌مشی‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی عملیاتی، سرمایة انسانی ساعس، ساختار و تشکیلات ساعس، ساختار و تشکیلات ناجا، کارکنان کوپ‌ها (مخاطبین برنامهها)، محتوای برنامهها، فرهنگ، منابع و نهایتاً ارزیابی و نظارت، شناسایی شد و پیشنهادهایی جهت رفع آسیبهای موجود تدوین گردید.
نتیجهگیری: سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی ناجا، نقشی کلیدی در رشد و بالندگی نیروی انتظامی به‌عنوان یکی از بازوهای انقلاب دارد و برطرف کردن آسیبهای شناسایی‌شده در این تحقیق میتواند ساعس را در ایفای این نقش اثربخشتر نماید.
The Pathology of Cultural Activities of I. R. I. Police Ideological-Political Organization in Police Stations and Checkpoints
English Abstract: Background and objectives: At present, the ideological-political organization of I. R. I. Police, according to its mission in promoting the religious and political insight of I. R. I. Police employees, carries out various cultural activities in different sections of I. R. I. Police and its affiliated organizations, which have suffered from various damages in the course of conduction since the beginning. This study seeks to identify the harms in the cultural activities of the ideological-political organization of I. R. I. Police in police stations and checkpoints and provide suggestions for improving the current situation. Methodology: This research has been conducted using qualitative method – theme analysis. The research data were collected through 78 interviews and 7 documents and analyzed during the three stages of descriptive coding, interpretive coding and integration through comprehensive themes using MAXQDA software. Findings: The result of data analysis was a total of 2,358 codes that were classified under various descriptive and interpretive themes. Finally, the damages in the cultural activities of the ideological-political organization of I. R. I. Police in police stations and checkpoints were identified under 8 areas (comprehensive theme): policy-making, operational planning, human capital of the ideological-political organization of I. R. I. Police, structure and organization of the ideological-political organization of I. R. I. Police, structure and organization of I. R. I. Police, staff of police stations ( the audience of programs), the content of programs, culture, resources and, finally, evaluation and monitoring and suggestions were made to eliminate the existing damages. Results: The ideological-political organization of the I. R. I. Police has a key role in the growth and development of the police force as one of the arms of the revolution, and repairing the damages identified in this research can make the ideological-political organization of the I. R. I. Police more effective in playing this role.
