چکیده فارسی: مقاله حاضر با تبیین دولت اسلامی و جایگاه آن در مسیر طی شده از تمدن اسلامی اول، انقلاب اسلامی، نظام اسلامی و اقدامات اساسی منتج به تحقق آن از سویی و سیر منطقی دستیابی به جامعه اسلامی و تمدن نوین اسلامی تنظیم شده است. و از آنجا که یکی از راهبرهای مهم تحقق دولت اسلامی بر ایجاد تغییرات اساسی ماهوی در سازمان‌ها و دستگاه‌های مختلف کشور از جمله نیروی انتظامی استوار است، اهمیت این تحول دو چندان شد. و به جهت ایجاد صحیح و دقیق ماموریت‌ها ضرورت ایجاب می‌کند تا الگویی مناسب برای رسیدن ناجا به سازمانی متدین در تراز دولت اسلامی طراحی و تدوین شود.
روش تحقیق استفاده شده در این مقاله قسمت چیستی و چگونگی تحقق سیر تمدنی دولت اسلامی، اسنادی و مستخرج از بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب از پایگاه اطلاع رسانی موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار ایشان انجام بوده و در بخش طراحی الگوی سازمان متدین با تشکیل جلسه خبرگان علمی انتظامی به از مجموع نظرات به دست آمده بهره برداری شد.
نتایج مقاله شامل تبیین هر یک از نهاد‌های انقلاب اسلامی، نظام اسلامی، دولت اسلامی، جامعه اسلامی و تمدن نوین اسلامی و چگونگی دست یابی به دولت اسلامی و از سوی دیگر طراحی ابعاد هفت گانه نیروی انتظامی متدین شده است.

The I. R. I. Police Religious Organization Model: A Necessity for the Realization of the Islamic state

English Abstract: Background and objectives: The present article has been prepared with the aim of explaining the Islamic state and the basic measures leading to its realization on the one hand and the logical course of achieving the Islamic society and the new Islamic civilization on the other hand; since one of the important strategies for the realization of the Islamic State is based on making fundamental changes in various organizations and institutions of the country, including the police, it is necessary to design and develop a suitable model for the I. R. I. Police to reach a religious organization at the level of the Islamic State. Methodology: In this research, in the section on how and what the civilized course of the Islamic government is realized, the documentary method extracted from the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution from the information base of the Institute for Organizing and Publishing His Works has been employed. And in the model designing phase for the religious organization, with the formation of the meeting of law enforcement scientific experts, the total of the obtained opinions and the study of the documents have been used. Findings and results: The findings include the explanation of the Islamic State as well as the design of the seven dimensions of the police force as a religious organization. In order to better realize the Islamic State, it is necessary to review the various elements of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the I. R. I. Police, and to take scientific and practical measures in order to realize the religious organization.
