چکیده فارسی: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های پلیس در تراز انقلاب اسلامی در نیروی انتظامی ج.ا.ایران است. وجود توانایی های علمی و تخصصی، برخورد مقتدرانه با مردم و دلسوزی برای انقلاب و اسلام در نیروی انتظامی موجب گردیده تا نوع نگاه و انتظارات مقام معظم رهبری از نیروی انتظامی، علاوه بر تامین نظم و امنیت و مدیریت حوادث جامعه، توانایی شناخت، دفاع و مقابله با دسیسه ها و تبلیغات رسانه ای دشمن را قبل از هرگونه اقدامی داشته باشد. چرا که نیروی انتظامی با برخورداری از جوانانی بصیر و توانمند، توانایی شناخت توطئه و نقشه های شوم دشمن را دارد و قادر است از ارزش های نظام و انقلاب دفاع نماید.
 به همین منظور، با مطالعه مبانی نظری پژوهش و بررسی کتب دینی و مذهبی از جمله قرآن کریم و نهج‌البلاغه و همچنین، بر اساس تدابیر و فرایمن مقام معظم رهبری مولفه های پلیس در تراز انقلاب اسلامی به روش تحلیل مضمون استخراج گردید. مقوله های اصلی استخراج شده شامل هفت مقوله اصلی(روحیه جهادی و انقلابی، معرفت و بصیرت دینی و سیاسی،اخلاق مداری، خدامحوری و و معنویت گرایی، پیشتازی در ترویج فرهنگ قرآنی، تقید و تعبد به شریعت، روحیه خدمتگزاری، الزامات پیشرفت و تحول سازمانی) و 34 مقوله فرعی که هر مقوله فرعی خود دارای شاخص های متعددی می باشد.
 الگوی استخراج شده بیشتر مفهومی بوده و جهت اعتباریابی آن نیاز به پژوهش های کمی و کیفی و اجرای الگو به صورت تجربی در نیروی انتظامی ج.ا.ایران می باشد.

Explaining the Dimensions and Components of Police at the Level of the Islamic Revolution

English Abstract: Background and objectives: The existence of scientific and specialized capabilities, the ability to authoritatively deal with the people and the compassion for the revolution and Islam in the police force have led to a kind of vision and expectations of the supreme leader from the police force, in addition to ensuring order and security and managing community events, the ability to recognize, defend and prevent the enemy's media conspiracies and propaganda before taking any action; because the police forces are capable of recognizing the malicious conspiracies and malicious plans of the enemy, capable of defending the values ​​of the regime and the revolution. The purpose of the present study is to explain the dimensions and components of the police at the level of the Islamic Revolution in the Iranian police force. Methodology: By thematic analysis and studying the theoretical foundations of research and study of religious books such as the Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balagha, as well as, based on the measures and commands of the supreme leader of the police the components of police at the level of the Islamic Revolution were extracted. Findings and results: The extracted categories include seven main categories (jihadist and revolutionary spirit, religious and political knowledge, ethics, Godliness and spirituality, pioneering in the promotion of Quranic culture, adherence to Shari'a, service spirit, evolutionary requirements and organizational developments and 34 subcategories, each of which has its own set of indicators.
