چکیده فارسی: زندگی اجتماعی انسان بدون نظم، آرامش و امنیت ممکن نیست. نظم، آرامش و امنیت به دست انسان به وجود می آید و این مهم توسط نیروی انتظامی در کشور صورت می پذیرد. برای اشتغال به کار انتظامی، حکم عمومی صادر گردیده و اگر عده ای به کار انتظامی مشغول گردیدند، بر دیگران واجب است که با آنان همکاری نمایند، به گونه ای که موجب تقویت و قدرت نیروی انتظامی شود و رفتار مردم باید موجب ارتقای منزلت نیروی انتظامی شود. همچنین افرادی که به کار انتظامی اشتغال دارند باید کارکردی مناسب داشته باشند. به گونه ای که کارکرد آنها باعث امنیت در جامعه شود. بر این اساس محققین با استفاده از روش تحلیلی- توصیفی و شیوه اسنادی به بررسی کارکردهای اجتماعی ناجا بر تحقق دولت اسلامی مبتنی بر منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری پرداخته اند و ضمن مرور مستند بر ادبیات نظری به ارائه مستند تعاریف هر یک از متغیرهای تحقیق، تنظیم ضرورت و اهمیت تحقیق و تشریح مساله تحقیق پرداخته اند. نتایج تحقیق اثبات می کنند که کارکردهای اجتماعی ناجا که مهمترین آن امنیت کشور می باشد، با توجه به ویژگی های خاص کشور و وجود رهبر معظم انقلاب به عنوان ولی امر مسلمین جهان، با سایر کشورها متفاوت تر و بهتر می باشد و در این راستا برای توسعه و پیشرفت امور و همچنین افزایش کارکردهای اجتماعی ناجا، می بایست فرماندهان، کارکنان و خانواده آنها به شیوه های گوناگون با دیدگاه و تفکرات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) آشنایی بیشتری پیدا نمایند.

Investigating the Social Functions of I. R. I. Police in the Realization of Islamic State Based on the Intellectual System of the Supreme Leader

English Abstract: Background and objectives: Human social life is not possible without order, peace and security. Order, tranquility and security are created by human beings and this is done by the law enforcement forces in the country. A public order has been issued for law enforcement, and if some are engaged in law enforcement, it is imperative for others to work with them in a way that strengthens the police force and that people's behavior must enhance the status of the police force. Law enforcement officials also need to have a proper function so that they can provide security in the community. Methodology: Using a descriptive-analytic and documentary approach, the researchers have examined the social functions of I. R. I. Police in the realization of the Islamic State based on the Supreme Leader's intellectual system, and in addition to reviewing the documents on the theoretical literature, the researchers made an attempt to provide definitions of each research variable, the necessity and importance of research and the explanation of research problem. Findings and results: The findings of the study prove that the social functions of I. R. I. Police, most important of which is the security of the country, are different and better than other countries with regard to the specific characteristics of the country and the presence of the supreme leader of the revolution, as the ruler of the Muslim world, and in this regard, for the development and improvement of affairs, as well as enhancing the social functions of I. R. I. Police, commanders, employees, and their families need to become more familiar with the views and thoughts of the Supreme Leader in various ways.
