چکیده فارسی:
زمینه و هدف: رفتار حرفه‌ای پلیس نشانگر تخصص و عاملی در جهت نگرش مثبت و جلب اعتماد مردم به پلیس است و دانشگاه علوم انتظامی، آموزش این امر مهم را برای دانشجویان پلیس بر عهده دارد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارائة الگوی رفتار حرفه‌ای و روش‌های نهادینه کردن آموزه‌های دینی در رفتار دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین از طریق فعالیت‌های عقیدتی سیاسی، انجام شده است.
روش تحقیق: روش تحقیق با دو شیوة اسنادی و کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای جهت‌دار است. نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی قضاوتی به تعداد 12 نفر از دانشجویان برگزیده و گردآوری داده‌های کیفی از طریق مصاحبة عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق با تأیید 16 نفر از اساتید این حوزه در دانشگاه‌های مختلف کشور، اعتبارسنجی شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق در سه حوزه: الف) معیارهای ایدئولوژیکی رفتار حرفه‌ای؛ ب) روش‌های نهادینه‌سازی رفتار حرفه‌ای بر اساس آموزه‌های قرآن کریم، متون اسلامی و دیدگاه بزرگان دینی، ج) ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های الگوی رفتار حرفه‌ای دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین به‌ویژه در بُعد رفتار دینی و نقش عقیدتی- سیاسی، نقش اساتید و نقش دانشگاه، به دست آمده و پیشنهاد‌های متناسب با آن ارائه شده است.
The Role of Political-Ideological Activities in Institutionalizing Religious Attitudes among the Students of Amin Police University
English Abstract: Background and objectives: The professional conduct of the police represents a specialty and a factor in the positive attitude and attraction of the public's confidence in the police, and Police University is responsible for training this important entity for the students of the police. The purpose of this study was to provide a model of professional behavior and methods of institutionalizing religious teachings in the behavior of Amin Police University students through political-ideological activities. Methodology: The research method is based on two types of documentary and qualitative methods: directional content analysis. 12 students were selected through judgmental non-probabilistic sampling method and qualitative data collection was done through a semi-structured deep interview. Research findings have been validated by 16 professors of this field at various universities of the country. Findings and results: The results of the research are presented in three areas of a) the ideological criteria of professional behavior; b) the ways of institutionalizing religious behaviors based on the teachings of the Holy Qur'an, Islamic texts and the viewpoint of the religious elders; c) the dimensions, components and indices of the religious behavior models of Amin Police University students, especially religious behavior, and the role of political-ideological, the role of the teachers and the role of the university and appropriate suggestion are presented.
