چکیده فارسی: پیشگیری خانواده مدار به معنای به کارگیری اقدامات حمایتی و پیشگیرانه در خانواده به منظور جلوگیری از بزه کار شدن اطفال و نوجوانان است. این گونه پیشگیری همانند سایر گونه های پیشگیری از جرم،ارتباط بسیار زیادی با امنیت جامعه دارد؛ زیرا اعضای خانواده بالاخص کودکان و نوجوانانی که در این محیط در حال پرورش هستند، به طور بالقوه می توانند مجرمان فردا بوده، امنیت جامعه را دچار مشکل اساسی سازند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش امنیت اجتماعی و چالش های فراروی آن در پرتو پیشگیری خانواده مدار انجام شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، روشی توصیفی و با استفاده از منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه ای، عوامل فردی و اجتماعی برقراری و افزایش امنیت اجتماعی در پرتو پیشگیری خانواده مدار و چالش های فراروی آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که بینش و آگاهی، تأمین نیازهای عاطفی، تأمین نیازهای جنسی، خوش خلقی، مشورت کردن، رعایت هنجارهای دینی و اخلاقی و چشم پوشی از عوامل فردی و تمایل به ازدواج (پذیرش طرفین)، حسن تدبیر در امور اقتصادی و قناعت، مدیریت روابط اجتماعی زنان و مردان، واپایش طلاق و حمایت دولت از خانواده از عوامل تأثیرگذار در افزایش امنیت اجتماعی، و تغییر در انتقال ارزش ها، کم توجهی به تربیت دینی فرزندان، کاهش روابط عاطفی، افزایش طلاق، افزایش استفاده از رسانه ها، افزایش سن ازدواج وتغییر در شیوه همسرگزینی و آداب و رسوم ازدواج از چالش های فراروی ایجاد و افزایش امنیت در جامعه هستند.

Factors Affecting Social Security and the Challenges Facing it in the Light Of Family-based Prevention

English Abstract: Family oriented preventive means employing family support and preventative work to prevent victimization of children and adolescents. This type of protection as other forms of crime prevention,has a great relationship with the security community. Because family members, especially children and adolescents who are growing in this environment, and potentially can have criminals of tomorrow And undermine the security of a community. So in this case study is recommended. The present study was conducted to investigate the role of family-based prevention was done to increase community safety. To achieve this goal, a method for describing and using library resources, the first notions about crime prevention and security were expressed. Then went on to establish personal and social factors and social security in light of the challenges facing family-oriented prevention is examined. This result led to the insight and awareness, providing emotional, sexual needs, optimistic mood, consultation, respect for religious and moral norms and ignore the individual factors and the desire to marry (accepting parties), faith in economic policy and content management, social relations between men and women in divorce and support the families of the control factors are the increase in social security.
