چکیده فارسی: مهارت و فن پلیسی چیزی است که در دانشکده های پلیس آموزش داده می شود و همه داوطلبان این شغل شریف نیز به آن احاطه پیدا می کنند ؛ اما تربیت در معنای پرورش منش فردی و اجتماعی چیزی است که منحصر به دوره یا دانشکده خاصی نیست ؛ بلکه در هر زمان از سوی نهاد های مختلف ناجا از جمله سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی قابل انجام است .سرعت تحولات، تعدد متغیرهاو پیچیدگی و درهم آمیختگی روابط علی و معلولی زندگی اجتماعی وظهور و بروز پدیده های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و.... مستلزم داشتن نیروهایی با خصایص حسنه اسلامی است. با عنایت به موارد فوق در مقاله حاضر سعی شده است به روش توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی ویژگی های پلیس مطلوب در دیدگاه اسلامی پرداخته شده و بدین سئوال پاسخ دهیم که یک پلیس مطلوب در دیدگاه اسلامی باید دارای چه شاخصه های ممتاز باشد؟ در این زمینه پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه ای و تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی اطلاعات به این نتیجه رسیدیم که مهم ترین ویژگی های پلیس مطلوب بر اساس آیات و روایات عبارتند از: توحید محوری، تعهد و تخصص، عقلانیت و اندیشه ورزی، بصیرت و آگاهی به مسائل روز، مهربانی و محبت نسبت به مردم، پرهیز از دنیاپرستی، سعه صدر و گذشت، عدالت محوری.

The origin, factors and affacts of shame in Quran and tradition views

English Abstract: A police skill is that train in police faculty and all of this job volunteer learn it, but training in means of breeding in individual and social behavior is not for an era or specific faculty while it can be commit in different institute of NAJA like the organization of political-ideological. The speed of changing, plurality of variables and complexity and mixing of cause and effect relation in social life and appearance of economic, social, political, cultural phenomenon required to have personal with good Islamic feature. According to the above in this article we tried to check favorable Police feature in Islamic point of view based on descriptive and analysis method and answered this question that a favorable police in Islamic point of view should have which outstanding characteristics? In this case after collecting data base on library way and analyze and qualitative analysis we reach to this result that important feature of favorable police in base of Quran verses and tradition consist of: unity axial, commitment and expertise, rationality and thinking, insight and informing to issues of the day, kindness and loving the people, avoid from worldliness, tolerance and forgiveness, justice
