چکیده فارسی: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی عقیدتی سیاسی بر کاهش جرائم (ضرب و شتم) در کارکنان فاتب می‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و هدف آن کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان نیروی انتظامی (فاتب) شهر تهران می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و حجم نمونه برابر با 372 نفر است. ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته با ضریب پایایی 81/0 بوده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای از طریق نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که به نظر کارکنان فاتب، تدریس دروس اخلاق، عقاید، احکام، سیاسی و آموزش و انس با قرآن در دوره‌ها و همچنین توجه به مؤلفه‌های کیفیت آموزشی، به میزان زیادی بر کاهش جرایم تأثیرگذار است.
The Impact of the Implementation of the Ideological and Political Educational Programs on Crimes Reduction in the staff of the FATEB
English Abstract: The aim of the present essay is the studying the impact of the implementation of the political and ideological educational programs on reducing crimes (mayhem) in the FATEB staff. The method of the research, is descriptive-measuring and its goal, operational. The statistical population of the research consists of all staff of the police force (FATEB) is located in Tehran. Simple random sampling method and sample size equals 372 people. Data compilation instrument is factor of 0/81. For the analysis of data from a single sample t-test via SPSS software was used. The results obtained showed that from the view of the staff opinion, teaching the lessons of ethics, beliefs, commands, political and familiarity with Quran in the courses as well as attention to educational quality components, greatly have a effect on crimes reduction.
