چکیده فارسی: اعمال رهبری آموزشی برَمبنای آموزه‌های دین اسلام ازجمله مباحث مهم و حیاتی در نظام تعلیم‌وتربیت است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه‌های رهبری آموزشی برمبنای آموزه‌های دین اسلام، با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی به روش اسنادی (تحلیل محتوا) صورت گرفته است. به‌منظور دستیابی به هدف مذکور، ابتدا به روش اسنادی اطلاعات از طریق مراجعه به قرآن، نهج‌البلاغه، اصول کافی و منابع دیگر ارزشمند شیعه، جمع‌آوری شده است. سپس جهت تأیید روایی و اعتبارسنجی اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده، با 30 نفر از جامعه آماری خبرگان دین اسلام در حوزه و دانشگاه مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. روایی به روش روایی محتوایی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و جهت اعتبارسنجی مؤلفه‌های شناسایی شده نیز، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده و موارد تکراری حذف شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش سیستماتیک که به اسـتراوس و کـوربین نسبت داده شده است، به شیوه کدگذاری باز و محوری داده‌ها تحلیل شدند. نتایج‌ تحلیل‌ها نشان داد هفت مؤلفه در رهبری آموزشی برمبنای آموزه‌های دین اسلام نقش دارند که شامل پایبندی به لوازم رهبری، هدایت سازمانی، اعتمادسازی، تألیف قلوب، تحمل و مدارا، جلب مشارکت، و عدالت محوری هستند.

Identifying the components of educational leadership based on the teachings of Islam

English Abstract: The practice of educational leadership based on the teachings of Islam is one of the important and vital topics in the education system.   The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the components of educational leadership based on the teachings of Islam, using a qualitative approach to the documentary method (content analysis). In order to achieve the mentioned goal, firstly, information has been collected by referring to the Qur'an, Nahj al-Balagha, Usul Kafi and other valuable Shia sources. Then, in order to verify the justifiability and validation of the collected information, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 30 people from the statistical population of Islamic experts in the seminary and university. The justifiability was confirmed by the content validity method, and to validate the identified components, the content analysis method was used and duplicate items were removed. In order to analyze the data using the systematic method attributed to Strauss and Corbin, the data were analyzed using open and axial coding. The results of the analysis showed that seven components play a role in educational leadership based on the teachings of Islam, which include adherence to leadership tools, organizational guidance, trust building, composition of hearts, tolerance and participation, and central justice.
